Clean, well stocked in start up products. Bed slept well. Only thing I would change would be to have blackout curtains in bedroom to keep out so much light from outside at night.

Exactly as advertised. Host was quick to respond to all communications. No much withing close walking distance for the teens to walk to. Overall great quiet end of beach.

Great location and pricepoint for our family. Communication leading upto our stay was seamless. We didn't have any questions while on property and checkout was easy. Our property had all we needed for the week, including a indoor suggestions if needed due to rain and restaurant recommendations. Beach service was included and it was great to have a shady spot for us and kiddos since we flew to FL. Pelican Isle also had a borrow bin for beach toys and boogie boards.

Upon arrival, we thought the decor was very cute, however, the tv didn’t work. We moved it to see if all was plugged in and there was months worth of dust. Turned on the ceiling fan and dust flew off everywhere. Tried to use Keurig and got an error message. Hosts were very responsive and made everything right the next day. As for the location Children were running my bedroom window screaming early in the AM and teenagers using foul language all night around the pool. We asked them to curtail the F bombs but they continued. Finally went inside instead of being able to enjoy the outside patio. Sunset was not visible from our unit but I’m sure it is during earlier in the summer.
