You'll find golfing on site at this pet-friendly vacation home. Jump into your car and make short work of the 9-minute drive to Château de Germolles or the 13-minute drive to Domaine du Château de Chamirey (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Once you get back, you can enjoy your surroundings with the pool and outdoor pool. As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at table tennis and billiards, or enjoy the WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

Le samedi 21 août, à notre arrivée, nous n'avons pas été accueillis par les propriétaires qui se trouvaient en Italie (nous l'avons su par hasard). Les femmes de ménage encore présentes, nous ont simplement laissé un jeu de clef. Dans la maison, nous avons trouvé un cahier ave 2 pages gribouillées avec le n° wifi et la sortie des poubelles qui étaient pleines à ras-bord. La wifi fonctionnait très mal; la box est placée dans une pièce très bruyante au fond de la maison où se trouve la pompe de la piscine. Nous devions laisser les portes ouvertes et rester à proximité pour pouvoir avoir un accès à peu près correct à internet et à la TV. Cette difficulté a été reconnue par la propriétaire, Mme Clément, qui évidemment, ne l'a signalée à aucun moment. Par ailleurs, l'entretien de la maison était très médiocre; par exemple, les poignées de deux portes, celle de la chambre du milieu au-dessus du salon et celle du WC, étaient cassées, ce qui interdisait la fermeture. La piscine était sale (les parois étaient de couleur jaune et le fond plein de saletés) et le robot nettoyeur, malgré nos diverses tentatives, ne fonctionnait pas. La piscine était à l'ombre et non chauffée; l'eau était à moins de 20 degrés. Impossible de s'y baigner tant pour des raisons d'hygiène que de température. Le plan de travail de la cuisine était poisseux et tous les ustensiles étaient dans un grand désordre. Donc un grand manque d'entretien général au niveau des abords de la piscine, de la terrasse, des volets , du portail, etc. Nous avons été très déçus et même outrés du prix de la location (plus de 3000 euros la semaine) qui ne correspond pas au manque de confort de cette maison. Nous nous sommes plaints à plusieurs reprises auprès de Mme Clément mais à part se diriger à Orange pour qu'un technicien nous dise que la wifi fonctionnait (excepté que la box était trop éloignée des pièces de vie, ce qui rendait difficile toute communication ), rien n'a été fait. Nous avons pris des photos et gardé les SMS reçus de Mme Clément comme preuves de ces dysfonctionnements. Nous ne comprenons pas qu'Abritel ne vérifie pas le niveau de confort des locations avant de valider leurs tarifs. Nous demandons un remboursement partiel de la somme que nous avons réglée. C'est la première fois qu'une telle mésaventure s'est produite avec Abritel. Nous espérons qu'un effort sera fait rapidement pour nous rembourser et appliquer un tarif à la mesure du manque de confort de la maison de Mme Clément.

Wir haben die Urlaubs-Woche in dem Haus sehr genossen, die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr ruhig, ausserhalb von Givry. Die Inneinrichtung ist geschmackvoll, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu viert im Haus, wobei selbst 8 bis 9 Personen in den 4 Schlazimmern gut untergebracht wären. wäre auch kein Problem. Mahlzeiten können auf der Terrasse eingenommen werden. Eine Tischtennis-Platte steht ebenfalls auf der Terrasse bereit. In dem Pool, der schon etwas älter ist, ist ausreichend Platz zum Schwimmen.

Maison très confortable et chaleureuse en tous points conforme à l’annonce. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine. Les propriétaires sont charmants et de très bon conseil. Si nous retournons dans la région, nous serions ravis d’y séjourner.

Vincent und seine Frau sind sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Miethaus wurde anfangs 2020 komplet renoviert und mit hochwertigen Designer Möbel ausgestattet. Ideal für Ferien mit Familie und Freunden... der Pool inklusive Garten können einwenig mehr Pflege gebrauchen, aber wahrscheindlich kommt diese "Renovierung" in einem zweiten Schritt.
