About this house rental
In Givry, in the heart of Burgundy and on the prestigious wine route, the house is located in a residential neighborhood overlooking the vineyards.
Renovated inside in 2020, its spacious rooms are perfect for welcoming family and friends for a relaxing and active vacation.
A pine forest just a 2-minute walk away is ideal for trail running, mountain biking, and hiking, all while enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding vineyards and village.
The secure swimming pool is open from early May and measures 12 by 6 meters.
The terrace is very spacious and equipped with a large OFYR wood-fired plancha grill.
The interior is very cozy yet modern, and the custom-built open kitchen is perfect for preparing lively dinners.
Two large tables seat 15 guests.
The fireplace is also available for cooler weather.
A separate TV lounge has been designed for quieter moments.
One of the bedrooms features a foosball table.
Finally, you can relax in the library, which features a Russian-style billiards table, for some intimate moments.
We are wine merchants in Beaune and would be happy to organize a guided (or unguided) tasting of fine Burgundy wines in French or English (with some Spanish available).

Nice house, friendly owner. House needs some updates like garden en pool. Pool was not (?) heated, wifi was poor. No safery fence around pool. Nice house and location, a bit too expensive compared to similar houses.

Wir haben die Urlaubs-Woche in dem Haus sehr genossen, die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr ruhig, ausserhalb von Givry. Die Inneinrichtung ist geschmackvoll, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu viert im Haus, wobei selbst 8 bis 9 Personen in den 4 Schlazimmern gut untergebracht wären. wäre auch kein Problem. Mahlzeiten können auf der Terrasse eingenommen werden. Eine Tischtennis-Platte steht ebenfalls auf der Terrasse bereit. In dem Pool, der schon etwas älter ist, ist ausreichend Platz zum Schwimmen.

Maison très confortable et chaleureuse en tous points conforme à l’annonce. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine. Les propriétaires sont charmants et de très bon conseil. Si nous retournons dans la région, nous serions ravis d’y séjourner.

Vincent und seine Frau sind sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Miethaus wurde anfangs 2020 komplet renoviert und mit hochwertigen Designer Möbel ausgestattet. Ideal für Ferien mit Familie und Freunden... der Pool inklusive Garten können einwenig mehr Pflege gebrauchen, aber wahrscheindlich kommt diese "Renovierung" in einem zweiten Schritt.
