Un séjour absolument parfait ! Nous avons adoré le lieu, le calme, la magnifique piscine, l'espace et le paysage à couper le souffle. Le fait que les chambres soient réparties dans des bâtiments séparés est un vrai plus, chacun peut profiter de son intimité. Tout était parfaitement équipé, il ne manquait rien. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et le cadre chaleureux de ce lieu, rehaussé par une belle flambée qui nous attendait dans la cheminée à notre arrivée. Nous avons aussi profité de la disponibilité de nombreux jeux. C'est certainement encore plus sympathique en été avec l'accès à la piscine, la cuisine d'été avec son barbecue.

The pool was good for the kids. Beds were comfortable

Overall, we found the property quite dark and it lacked the warm, welcoming feel we had expected. The kitchen was fairly basic, as were the bedrooms, and the seating in the lounge wasn’t particularly comfortable. The property was advertised and priced as a five-bedroom property, but 2 bedroom areas was closed off during our stay. We had 3 bedrooms out of 5. Although we may not have needed to use every bedroom, we felt that having paid for a five-bedroom property, all of the advertised rooms should have been available. It would also have been nice to allow the children to choose which rooms they wanted to sleep in. Only can assume he wanted to save money on the cleaning. We also had some concerns with the outside areas. Several of the slabs around the pool were loose, which we felt could be a safety issue, particularly for families with young children. The garden was also not fully secure for dogs, as there was a hole in the fencing. Given that we paid over £400 per night, unfortunately we didn’t feel the property represented good value for money. At this price point we expected a higher overall standard and for all of the advertised accommodation to be available. Overall, the property didn’t meet our expectations and, for these reasons, we would not choose to return.
