About this villa rental

Spacious and quiet contemporary house ideally located 10 minutes from the center of Dijon (historic center and its Palace of the Dukes) and 5 minutes from the Route des Grands Crus de Bourgogne. (Beaune, Gevrey-Chambertin, Chassagne Montrachet ...).

The house can accommodate up to 17 people, it is composed of:

We were 2 couples renting this lovely house for 3 nights in September. Carine was very helpful and friendly, dropping by in the evening to greet us and give us lots of information. This is a large, roomy, bright house, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We only used 2 of the 5 bedrooms, but never felt we were lost in the space, as it is well designed for any size group. The large deck and barbecue were a really great addition, and we cooked out there every night! We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a lovely house near Dijon!

The house was very well presented and clean throughout. There was everything that was needed for our group of 12 staying for 2 weeks. Carine was a pleasure to do business throughout from start to finish. She made us feel very welcome and was very helpful with the local knowledge. We had all the rooms and each was as detailed, with plenty of space for everyone. The garden was spacious and the bbq was new especially for our visit! A very nice touch. There is a local caller each day for fresh bread etc and this was very enjoyable. As we were visiting for the Euro 16 championships quite a lot of time was spent travelling and Carine became a new member of the Northern Ireland fans! A very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

We stayed with another couple, and though the house can easily hold 10-12 people, we did not feel we were rattling around inside. It is very modern, with comfortable furnishings, and new kitchen and baths. Very well equipped and clean n all areas. Carine was so easy to work with, and was very friendly and helpful at check-in. We kept saying this would be the perfect house for a large group or family reunion! We totally enjoyed our stay! The BBQ was a welcome addition on the large deck!

Nous étions 10 adultes, 7 enfants et un chien. Et la maison était parfaite. Elle est très bien équipée (elle dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour petits et grands), spacieuse, pratique (jardin clos, commodités proches) et très agréable à vivre. Carine est une hôte disponible et aux petits soins. Encore merci ! Nous recommandons vivement !

Nous avons profité de la maison de Carine à l'occasion du semi-marathon de Beaune. Nous étions un groupe de 14 personnes, tout le monde a pu profiter d'une grande chambre confortable. La pièce à vivre est superbe et permet à tout le monde de se voir que l'on soit dans la cuisine, la salle à manger ou le salon. Carine a été aux petits soins pour nous, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions (même pour la raclette).

Belle maison moderne pour se retrouver entre amis.Nous étions 7 couples avec chacun sa chambre, tout le confort avec beaucoup d'espace. rien n y manquait cuisine spacieuse et conviviale, salon avec place pour tout le monde et grande table carrée qui permet à tous de se voir et de se parler ! Visites sur Beaune et Dijon pour agrémenter notre week end. Merci à Carine pour son accueil et sa prévenance.. A louer sans hésitation ...nous reviendrons cet été pour les barbecues.
