About this house rental
The Presbytery of Culètre is a fully renovated residence of character, ideal for bringing together a family or a group of friends in a peaceful setting in the heart of Burgundy.
The property offers nearly 400 m² of living space, divided between a main house, an independent barn and an old chicken coop transformed into an office. The property is set on a 3,000 m² wooded and fully enclosed plot, accessible to travellers.
The estate can accommodate up to 10 people, with 5 bedrooms, 6 beds and 3 bathrooms. The layout of the two houses allows you to share moments together while maintaining the privacy of each other.
More than just a holiday home, the Presbytery has kept the spirit of a real country house, with warm spaces and equipment chosen to enjoy the place: fireplace, pellet stove, piano, table football, turntable and record collection, large outdoor spaces and leisure facilities.
🏡 THE MAIN HOUSE
The main house accommodates up to 6 guests.
On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, French press and Italian coffee maker, as well as everything you need to prepare your meals. A high chair is also available in the kitchen. You can enjoy a table to share your meals for 10, adding the chairs available in the house.
The living room offers a warm and authentic atmosphere, ideal for getting together after a day discovering Burgundy. You can enjoy the wood-burning fireplace during the cooler periods.
A first bedroom is also on the first floor. It has a king size bed (180 x 200) as well as its own private bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, two sinks, a heated towel rail and toilet. It also provides access to a small terrace by a few steps. A travel cot is also available in this room.
Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms.
The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed (160 x 200).
The second bedroom has a small double bed of 120 × 200 cm, suitable for two children or two teenagers, as well as a small desk.
These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet.
A laundry room is available in the main house on the first floor, with washing machine, dryer, drying rack and an extra fridge.
🏠 THE INDEPENDENT BARN
Located a short walk from the main house, the barn is a real independent dwelling and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It has its own fully equipped kitchen, with oven, Fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Its central island allows you to cook while enjoying the presence of your loved ones.
The large, warm and friendly living room is equipped with a pellet stove. A second high chair is also available in this living room.
You will also find a smart TV, a table football, an upright piano and a real space dedicated to music with an Audio-Technica turntable, an Onkyo stereo amplifier, Elipson speakers, a JBL soundbar with subwoofer and a collection of about 100 vinyl records.
A space that lends itself to an evening with family or friends as well as a quieter moment around a record.
The barn has two bedrooms:
a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200);
a bedroom with two single beds of 90 × 200 cm.
In one of the wardrobes in the bedroom with the two single beds, you will also find a second washing machine and a second dryer.
A bathroom between the two bedrooms is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet.

An old chicken coop that has been completely renovated has been converted into an independent office.
Accessible all year round, this quiet space is ideal for teleworking, reading or isolating yourself from the rest of the group for a few moments. A screen is also available for teleworking and can be connected to your computer. Its entrance is accessible by a step.
🌳 THE EXTERIORS
The Presbytery of Culètre is surrounded by a wooded and fully enclosed plot of 3,000 m², including an orchard.
The large outdoor table allows you to share your meals outdoors and can accommodate up to 6 people. Other tables and chairs are also available to complete the installation and allow the 10 travelers to have lunch together. Fermob furniture, a parasol and several seats are also at your disposal.
A barbecue / plancha allows you to fully enjoy outdoor meals, especially on sunny days.
A ping-pong table with rackets completes the outdoor equipment to entertain young and old.
The garden offers a privileged environment to enjoy the calm of the countryside, take the time to have lunch outside or simply meet up in the the shade of the trees.

All bedrooms in the main house and barn have reversible air conditioning, storage, bedside tables with lamps as well as blackout shutters or curtains.PGJyPg
The property is equipped with fibre and Wi-Fi.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your arrival.
The property also has two washing machines and two tumble dryers, divided between the two buildings.
🚗 PARKING
Free parking spaces are available in front of the accommodation, in a quiet street in the village.
However, parking is on the public road and remains the responsibility of the traveller. It is not possible to park a vehicle inside the property.
💡KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
The property is made up of several buildings and includes different staircases as well as some steps, characteristic of this old building. It may therefore not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or who have difficulty getting around.
Children are welcome, but must remain under adult supervision. A security gate is installed at the top of the barn stairs to increase the safety of the younger ones.
A surveillance camera is present in the living room of the barn. It is completely disabled during stays, its lens is closed, and no audio or video recording is made.
Surveillance cameras are also installed outside the property. They are disabled when guests arrive and for the duration of the stay.
Linen will not be renewed during the stay.
Cleaning is done before your arrival, but will not be done during your stay.
