About this apartment rental
Walk into a grand entry with immediate views directly to the Atlantic Ocean! On either side of the entry are the two large guest rooms one accommodating a queen size bed and the other with a full over queen bunk perfect for kids or adults! Attached to the queen room and also open to the entry hall is a large bathroom with tub/shower combination and stacked washer/dryer. Another bathroom opens up to the entry way with a large standup shower. As you move into the unit you pass an open well equipped kitchen with large bar area and open to living area. In between the kitchen and living area is a dining table for a family of 6 to enjoy meals. The living room features a comfortable sofa, loveseat and recliner to soak in the views of the ocean or watch your favorite show on the 55" Sony TV. As you walk out on the large balcony that expands the length of the condo you can not help but notice the stunning direct ocean view! Enjoy a glass of wine at the bistro table with seating for 4 or relax with a book on the two chairs with pull out ottomans. Off the main living area you enter the massive master bedroom featuring a king size bed and separate sitting area with two swivel chairs. Past that you have access to the expansive porch with more beautiful views of the Atlantic. The large master bathroom features a nice tiled standup shower, large soaking tub and two vanities to get ready for the day or night out! This condo is located directly in downtown Isle of Palms where you can walk to stores and many local restaurants! Don't forget to stop for ice cream right across the street at Ben & Jerry's!

One of the most amazing accommodations on the beach! Great access to the beach, convenient location, parking, and easy to walk to eateries. Clean condo with so much room and adequate resources to have an amazing stay. Rob was amazing to work with and went the extra mile to help make our trip one to remember. We are already ready to go back!

The view is beautiful. The check in process and communication process was outstanding. No issues with parking. I thought the place was very clean and had all the supplies that were needed. I think it just needs a few updates and I actually feel bad about mentioning them because it sounds like I am being picky but I think it would just add to the wonderful experience if updated. Pillows were very flat and we found some extra in the closet but they were the same. Also, not sure why but the dishwasher was extremely loud. Cleaned the dishes with no issues but wow…. don’t run it at night when sleeping. :). Overall, I highly recommend.

Owner (Rob) is highly responsive and positive. We have stayed here before and hope to again. Second floor center unit with direct view of ocean and beach. Half a block to Isle of Palms shops and dining. Safe and easy parking under building.

Love this place! Spacious condo with the most spectacular ocean view from balcony. We could sit out there all week. It is also just steps away from several restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. This was our second stay and we’re already planning to return next summer!
