About this house rental
Tucked away beneath mature oak trees on approximately an acre, this charming home offers a true coastal retreat with a peaceful, private setting.
Inside, you’ll find coastal-inspired décor throughout this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home. The main living space features an open-concept kitchen and living room, designed for gathering and relaxation. The eat-in kitchen includes a large center island with bar stools, leathered quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and flows seamlessly into the living area with a large flat-screen TV.
On the main floor, there are two spacious bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with an oversized shower. The second bedroom opens to a screened porch and shares a full bathroom located in the main hallway.
Outdoor living is equally inviting, featuring an oversized outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
At the rear of the property, a private walking bridge provides direct access to the Island Center Shopping Plaza, which includes a Harris Teeter grocery store and a selection of dining options. From there, guests can easily reach Palm Boulevard and continue on to Isle of Palms County Beachfront Park, featuring a boardwalk and children’s playground for convenient beachside recreation.

• Starter Amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body soap, cleansing bar.
• Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rental companies.
• Gas grill: Propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during office hours.
• Property comes with a beach wagon for guests to transport to the beach.
• Please no pets or smoking or use of the firepit/fireplace is permitted.
• Storage building in the back of the lot is not open to guest (owners personal storage).
The city of Isle of Palms ordinances allows a maximum sleeping capacity of 6.

A very tidy home with great space for a family. Close proximity to groceries, ice cream and the beach proves wonderful for our teenagers. Everything worked as it should, the home was comfortable and our time there was very enjoyable.

We loved the layout of the cottage and its location. The bridge to the back of HT was so convenient. The inside of the cottage was spotless and decorated adorably but the outdoor living areas and outdoor shower were dirty. We could still use the screened in porches and shower after we wiped them down. The cottage would have been perfectly perfect if outdoor spaces were cleaned after the winter months. We would definitely rent this cottage again because of the easy beach location and adorable inside.

Great place. Clean and roomy.I cant think of any problems with the place. There is a short walk to the beach although you have to cross a busy rd. Having a quick path to the grocery store was nice too
