This 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Near Beach elevated home resides a few steps from a public beach access, and walking distance to neighborhood outdoor pool and tennis court (Pool Opens 1st Sunday in April through last Sunday in Oct., 8:00 a.m. to sundown).
It is tastefully adorned in beach decor and is just steps away from the Atlantic! Enjoy grilling on the deck and lounging within the enclosed porch (propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during normal business hours.) Key features include access to outdoor community pool (Pool Opens 1st Sunday in April through last Sunday in Oct., 8:00 a.m. to sundown) and tennis courts, and close proximity to Island Restaurants and shops. Features include: Wireless internet, YouTube TV, Gas Grill, off street parking, hot and cold outdoor shower, hardwood floors, Smart TV in living room and each bedroom! No pets and No smoking. This property was as advertised. All of the rooms were exactly like the pictures and very clean. We only had as issue with the WiFi and it was fixed immediately. The only negative thing, we were only given one bath towel, one hand towel and one face cloth for each person for 4 days. We would definitely rent again.

Great location, very clean. Quiet despite the busy road nearby. Easy access to the beach and town. Beds very comfortable, highly recommend!

Our family has rented from Island Realty for 20+ years. This location is ideal for quick beach access. Tastefully decorated. Queen/King beds are on the firmer side. Kitchen well-stocked, appliances and grill all worked. No back deck. Many games and puzzles was great for nights in. Enclosed sunroom wonderful in mild weather but would be toasty in summer, but owners have fans available. Only downside was glass door to deck jams and can't be locked/unlocked easily,front deck is narrow and has room for two guests. Tennis court has been marked for pickle ball! We had brought our set and had a blast. Would definitely rent again
