Just off the living room, you'll find a screened porch with an outdoor dining area, providing a wonderful space to enjoy meals and coastal breezes. Beyond the porch is an open sun deck equipped with a gas grill, perfect for outdoor entertaining and relaxing after a day at the beach.
The home features a convenient split floor plan, offering privacy for families and groups. Two guest bedrooms are located on one side of the home and share a full bathroom. The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The house was comfy and good space for our family. The walk to the beach is fine at about 8 min. The kitchen / baths were very dated and low end with fiberglass tubs and coil stove. The hardwood floors needed repairs (soft wood in places) and the decking was alarming in its state of repair. The beds were very uncomfortable across the board. Our kids even complained and they can sleep on the floor. The cost was very excessive for the state of the house in the off season. We have frequented many IOP properties as well as properties in the this neighborhood and we know we could have for the cost.
