About this house rental
Tucked away under old oak trees situated on roughly an acre site, this charming home is nothing short of a coastal retreat. Inside you will find coastal decor throughout this 4 bedroom 3 bath home. This home features combination kitchen/living room with an eat in kitchen, bar stools around the center island, and large flat-screen TV. The kitchen has leathered quartz counter-tops with stainless steel appliances.
On the main floor you will find 2 spacious bedrooms: a master bedroom (king bed) with en-suite bath with over-sized shower and a second bedroom that opens to a screened porch. This second bedroom uses a shared full bathroom located in the main hallway.
Outside there is an over-sized outdoor shower. In the back of property there is a private walk bridge connecting the property to the Island Center Shopping Plaza (Harris Teeter grocery store) and easy access to Palm Blvd. Crossing Palm Blvd guests can walk to the IOP County-Beachfront Park with boardwalk and children's playground.

• Starter Amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body soap, cleansing bar.
• Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rental companies.
• Gas grill: Propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during office hours.
• Property comes with a beach wagon for guests to transport to the beach.
• Please no pets or smoking or use of the firepit/fireplace is permitted.
• Storage building in the back of the lot is not open to guest (owners personal storage).
The city of Isle of Palms ordinances allows a maximum sleeping capacity of 6.

Our ladies group was looking for a reasonably priced vacation rental that would have enough beds to accomodate everyone. This home fit the bill. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location was close to town with the added convenience of a Harris Teeter grocery store behind the home over a little bridge. It was also within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We had a fabulous time and would definitely choose this beautiful home again.

Very happy with our stay, it was in a great location close to the beach and right behind Harris Teeter, you can actually cut through the backyard right to HT, we also rented a golf cart for easier parking and to have some fun, overall had a great time, thanks

This house was amazing! Our group of 5 loved it! It was clean, well furnished, and very private! We had more than enough space! We did drive to the beach as it was a little far to pull coolers, etc. But we were able to park at the park and have access to bathrooms! We will most definitely stay here again!
