Great location! Great view of the ocean even from the kitchen sink! Very spacious,clean,inviting condo with unique beautiful ceiling design in entryway. Comfy beds, comfy couches, large deck with nice furniture, well equipped kitchen! Thought everything was great, it would be even better if one of the two coffee machines and half of the toaster would work,the doors would lock ,and we were provided with more bath towels.

We have stayed in the building and condo several times. It is hard to beat the views and proximity to the beach. We love how close we are to a few restaurants, coffee shops, and the IOP Connector. The condo is well equipped and maintained. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. We will be back again.

We had a great time in a great condo! The TV in the living room is a bit small, but it was adequate. We also had problems keeping the bedrooms near the front entrance warm enough, so we went out and bought two space heaters from Target.We've stayed in many units at 1140 Ocean Blvd, but this one was the best. There are so many nice touches throughout, including beautiful paintings and many other tastefully selected items. Our hats are off to the owners!
