About this apartment rental

"Backemer Duyn" is a beautiful vacation rental with all the comforts you could wish for on vacation. The apartment is very nicely furnished and features comfortable box-spring beds and a TV in every bedroom. It has its own rooftop terrace with comfortable patio furniture and plenty of privacy.

The location is lovely—the beach is just 5 km away. The bike paths leading to the beach are a wonderful experience. Access passes for the dune reserve are available to you free of charge.

Layout:
You reach the spacious apartment via a flight of stairs. The living room features a Smart TV (with several German channels) as well as Netflix. Luxurious and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Dining area with a view of the dunes. Bathroom with shower, bathtub, and sink. Separate toilet.
Two bedrooms, each with a large king-size box-spring double bed, sink, and a Smart TV (with Netflix). The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building. The first floor is unoccupied.
A washing machine is available.

You can rent bicycles from the owner for 8.50 per day per bike or e-bikes for 25 euros per day per bike. A unique experience to explore the surrounding area by bike.
Access passes for the dune reserve are available free of charge.

Behind the building is a very well-maintained mini-campground. Fire escape stairs are available.

Everything was nice and clean and the description you see online is very accurate. It was great for us with our puppy because she loves the nature and you are just 5 minutes away to go into the dunes for a hike and different beaches and Alkmaar are all within reach of 10-15 minutes with a car. Everyone was kind and communication was easy and uncomplicated. Definitely worth the price and a good stay!

We had a great time at this perfectly equipped holiday apartment directly opposite the Noordhollands Duinreservaat. Lots of amenities available, very well kept premises.
