About this house rental
This house has been recently renovated. It is located on Iras Vassy Boulevard and has a private entrance and a garden. Also has a private car park. This is a great advantage in Egmond aan Zee, as parking is nowhere near free or only allowed for holders of a parking permit.
The holiday home is 100 meters from the beach and from the promenade and only two minutes walk from the village.
You enter the house through large, welcoming doors. The ground floor has a cozy sitting area with television. This has all the programs, including the German. Also is available in the house free Wi-Fi. The dining area is very spacious and the brand new kitchen is well equipped and has all the comforts. Think this to a combination oven / microwave, a large fridge, a dishwasher and a stove with four plates (induction cooker).
The bathroom is very luxurious and modern. Here you will find a walk-in shower, a homemade piece of furniture and a design sink with brass tap.
The upper floor of the house has two bedrooms, each for two persons. One of the bedrooms has an electric box spring bed for two people. The other bedroom has two single boxspring beds. The house is ideal for families or couples. Upon request we provide a cot and a highchair available.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr nahe zum Strand, ideal und mit der Familie auch einen kurzen Abstecher zu machen. Zudem wurde das Objekt relativ neu renoviert und ist daher auf einem höheren Standard, als wir es von den bisherigen Wohnungen in Egmond gewohnt waren. Wie es dort typisch ist, gibt es eine relativ steile Treppe in den zweiten Stock, was für manche eventuell problematisch sein könnte…
Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben nichts zu bemängeln!

Heerlijk lang. weekend gehad in de schone, ruime en goed gelegen vakantiewoning, goede bedden en sanitair. Vriendelijke ontvangst eigenaar. Kortom, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Sehr saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr nah am Meer. Hunde durften mit. Was uns etwas fehlte, war im unteren Bereich eine Lampe damit man lesen kann. Leider unten nur schwach beleuchtet. Sonst alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar Gefrierfach, Backofen, Mikrowelle...... . Schnell am Meer, einkaufen auch zu Fuß erreichbar, super Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren.
