This house has been recently renovated. It is located on Iras Vassy Boulevard and has a private entrance and a garden. Also has a private car park. This is a great advantage in Egmond aan Zee, as parking is nowhere near free or only allowed for holders of a parking permit.

The holiday home is 100 meters from the beach and from the promenade and only two minutes walk from the village.

You enter the house through large, welcoming doors. The ground floor has a cozy sitting area with television. This has all the programs, including the German. Also is available in the house free Wi-Fi. The dining area is very spacious and the brand new kitchen is well equipped and has all the comforts. Think this to a combination oven / microwave, a large fridge, a dishwasher and a stove with four plates (induction cooker).

The bathroom is very luxurious and modern. Here you will find a walk-in shower, a homemade piece of furniture and a design sink with brass tap.

The upper floor of the house has two bedrooms, each for two persons. One of the bedrooms has an electric box spring bed for two people. The other bedroom has two single boxspring beds. The house is ideal for families or couples. Upon request we provide a cot and a highchair available.
