Great spot great value

Nice flat, well equipped and within walking distance of the amazing gem that Siena is You can get recommendations from the owner if you’re unsure where to eat. There’s plenty of literature inside to help you as well. There’s plenty of on-street parking, never had to get the car more than… 20 yards from the building entrance…. And a bus route goes past if you’d rather use public transport (cheap, clean and easy in Italy) Enjoy Siena!

Great place

Great location, clean, good size… we had a problem with hot water, the owner came in 15 min and sorted out. Very helpful and friendly. Would defo stay here again!

Excellent stay in Siena

Excellent location, reasonably priced and easy check in. Free parking on street by the apartment. Easy to find and great facilities.

Warmer bedding for the time of year as bedroom was slightly cold (if I were to be picky!)

A great place to stay in Siena, can recommend if you have a car or walking.

The host Pasquale was particularly helpful and friendly, responding immediately to to messages, even rang a taxi for us when we left. A lovely apartment just out of the old city, very quiet and easy walking to the supermarket and the city centre.

Difficult to get into the front door unless met by the owner or someone lets you in. The hot water took a little while heat up but very good pressure. Good bathroom.

Easy checkin, friendly and responsive owner, comfortable bed, clean rooms, well equipped kitchen, good shower, free parking in front of the house, close to the center (18min). The value for the price was amazing thanks to last minute and Genius discounts.

Apartment is a bit under terrain (no view or view at the street level), anyway for us it was perfect as we spent just one night and the price was excellent. I would wish a moskito net on the window (there was an airconditioning in the living room only and took a bit longer to cool down the rooms from 29’C).

Beautiful apartment and a convenient location for parking. I would honestly live in this apartment if I could! Such a lovely space I wish we had booked more than one night in lovely Siena.

The place is fully equipped and at a great location, close to Fortezza Medicea and city center, with all services and free parking on the street. Host is very accommodating, helpful, and supplied with precision all required instructions to access the room. Fully recommend!!

Quiet and clean place. Lots of natural light in the living room. Kitchen had basic kitchenware. The host is easy to reach.

Lack of regular sharp knife for cooking. Except chairs or wardrobe in the bedroom no place to hang coats or put your clothes.

Confortable stay in Siena

The room is clean, spacious and had everything I needed. The communication with the owner was also smooth and we were happy to stay there.

The location is a bit far from the city if you have small child like us (for adult no problem at all). Since there was a football game when we stayed, it was very hard to find the car park nearby (we finally managed to find the place)

An apartment, which might not be the best for you in the winter

Nice clean apartment with a good set of equipment: a kitchenette, a washing machine etc. There were duvets and extra pillows in the cupboard, too, which came in handy. The host was very responsive and came to adjust the heating hours to better fit my needs.

This is a residential house and thus subject to heating regulations, only 11 hours in winter 2022. Without heating the apartment temperature dropped to 16 degrees - and it wasn't even full winter yet. The place is not very soundproofed, you will wake up to the neighbour flushing the toilet and you can hear what TV programs they are watching. The wifi was a bit flaky, occasionally not giving me internet, but those spells did not last long. The area is quiet, there isn't really anything there, apart from the Carrefour express. The parking situation isn't good even off-season, you have to hunt for a spot.

Very good instructions for self check in. Allowed earlier check in. Great apartment. Clean, comfortable and with everything I needed. Very close to good supermarket. 10 minute walk to old town. Quiet area that felt safe. Apartment has good lighting and quality furniture. A very relaxing place to stay. Great value for money.

The apartment was clean and spacious, with a washing machine and a lift, walking distance to some lovely views of the city, it was €11 by taxi from the train station very good and easy communication and instructions by the home owner

It did appear a bit further than we expected to the centre but it was a lovely walk so didn't matter much

Nice apartment in Siena

The apartment had everthing you need for a short or long stay in Siena.

Noisy neighbours in the evenings banging when trying to get to sleep and been woken up early in the morning with shouting and the noise of la awn mower. Location of the apartment is an issue if your trying to get the bus from the station as at the minute there is diversions and took me a 30 minute walk going up and down hills with luggage to get to and from the station.

The place was clean and you can park easily around the neighborhood. There were some toys in the apartment for our daughter to play. The system to open the outside door was brilliant.

It would be nice to have a water heater in the house. It was a bit cold in the bedroom. Eventually, the air conditioner in the living room helped.

Buena ubicación, parking en la calle gratis, pero apartamento máximo para 2 personas muy anticuado.

La ubicación y la anfitriona, aunque no la vimos fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento, hizo que el check-in fuera fácil y rápido. La ubicación es perfecta a 10 minutos andando del casco antiguo de Siena. Parking gratuito en la calle.

Instalaciones muy antiguas. Publicidad engañosa sobre la televisión, he leído en otros comentarios que se remplazo después de romperse en anteriores estancias y no es cierto, no hay televisor en toda la casa. Personalmente no me importa pero no me gusta que engañen. El apartamento es para dos personas, porque en el sofá cama de la sala de estar no hay quien duerma, los muelles se te clavan literalmente por todo el cuerpo y hace un ruido insoportable cada vez que te das la vuelta. Por otro lado el edificio es super ruidoso, se oye todo y a todos los vecinos. Es un apartamento en un edificio con paredes que parecen de cartón. El baño está bastante anticuado y el mobiliario de la casa en general muy antiguo. La verdad que lo único que lo salva para mí es la ubicación y el parking gratis. Caro para lo que ofrece.

Ottima posizione

La posizione di questo appartamento è ottima per accedere al centro di Siena a piedi ed è presente un parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze, quindi si può tranquillamente parcheggiare la macchina quando si arriva e riprenderla quando si riparte. L'appartamento è pulito e funzionale.Il proprietario è gentile e presente nel caso si abbia bisogno di contattarlo

Purtroppo il condizionatore andava in allarme quindi non siamo riusciti a rinfrescare l'appartamento la notte che vi abbiamo soggiornato e faceva davvero molto caldo visti i 37 gradi esterni.
