L'appartamento è grande, comodo, in un'ottima posizione (dietro al Duomo e a due passi da Piazza del Campo), completo di servizi, elettrodomestici, prodotti per la casa e per la cucina. La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e disponibile.
L'unica pecca è forse l'isolamento acustico: si sentono un po' voci/rumori provenire dal piano di sopra ed essendo al piano terra anche dall'ingresso del palazzo.
