la ubicación. La estación más cercana es Ebisu pero está a una distancia de Shibuya como para ir andando, también. Además es una zona con muchos autobuses dirección Shibuya, Ebisu o, hacia el otro lado, Tamachi, Shimbashi, etc. Muy buena ubicación. Los vecinos son silenciosos y no sufrí ruido. El baño tiene un sistema de secado muy bueno que puedes tender y tener la ropa seca en horas. Y son un poco más "generosos" con el tema de la basura que otros apartamentos aunque dentro de esas normas estrictas de Tokyo.

La cocina es muy pequeña, la nevera es tamaño hotel. Puedes hacer desayunos en frío o calentarte comida preparada pero no creo que puedas cocinar en serio en esa instalación. Tiene una ventana que da a la calle pero no es cómodo tener las cortinas abiertas porque está muy a la vista de la calle y el edificio de enfrente.

狭いと書いてあったので心配しましたが、東京の一人暮らし用アパートメントでは全然ありなサイズでした。 渋谷から歩ける距離なのでそこもありがたかったです。 同じくらいの料金のホテルと比較して迷っていましたが、洗濯機やキッチンがあったのでとても快適に過ごすことができ、次回も同じ渋谷近辺で仕事の際は間違いなく利用したいです。鍵の受け取りも全く問題ありませんでした！

2人以上で泊まるにはスペース的に狭いと感じるかもしれません。

We enjoyed how close to the train lines this place was + the check in was very smooth. Our timeline had shifted a bit and we ended up getting to the property early, the host was great about letting us drop our luggage off while the room was being cleaned.

Unfortunately when you entered the building there was a very pungent sour smell. Not thinking much of it we headed to our room, which was freshly cleaned and smelt nothing. The next morning we woke up and the smell was very prevalent in our room. For three days we tried using a room spray to help deodorize the smell but it just lingered. It honestly had a huge impact on our stay - I likely wouldn’t recommend this property due to this. Our bed was also comparable to sleeping on concrete, it caused huge back/hip pain.
