Petite maison charmante et centrale.

+ a nice old alley house with 4 room inside. very local and original.
+ long dining table is good for any activity.. just like a co living space..
+ the aircon is good
+ the location is rite in the middle, easy to go anywhere, many shops and food nearby
+ self check in is easy
- water pressure in the shower can be better.. too small..
- kitchen appliance need to be maintained
- wifi sometimes works, mostly not
- patio door handle need a fix
- fridge, dining utensils, soap for dish washing need an attention

這間房間的佈置挺有老上海的味道，的確讓人體驗到上海風情。
洗澡時會有密閉的不安全感，水槽有連帶聲響，水槽有漏水的問題，樓梯太窄了，搬運行李十分不方便，我一腳踩空摔下樓了！！

The house manager was very available and helpful - but only via WhatsApp, never onsite in the week we were there.
The difference between the staged photos and reality was pretty dramatic. The facility itself just needs some TLC. Lots of mold in the bathroom caulking, plumbing that didn’t work right (bathtub didn’t work at all and shower was either scalding hot or cold - no in between). Location was also incredibly difficult to find at night. Photos to orient you to the alleyway are outdated and therefore not helpful for indicating landmarks to look for.
