My stay completely exceeded my expectations. I booked a discounted room at a last-minute price, and the host's attitude and service were excellent. I would give a 10/10.

The apartment was very comfy and the area could not have been more local and authentic . The general area in the French concession is clearly was the best neighbourhoods in the city and we loved it . The staff were the most helpful and efficient i have ever experienced in my 30 years of travelling all over the world . Incredible level of service in terms of speed and action .
This does not relate to the property at all it relates to the challenges of visiting China . The only way to pay for the apartment or anything in the city is either cash or a Chinese only digital wallet no international payment systems will work ie Visa , Mastercard etc so we organised to use cash and ALI pay

This property is a true homestay. In amongst local homes, yet only metres from the busy local streets. Property sleeps 8, as we were only 4 we had plenty of room. Beds were comfy.

The staffs are very helpful. Staffs are always available when there is problems. The beds are comfortable and location is convenient
Smelled moldy as soon as you entered the property. Moldy shower curtains in the bathroom, and also the shower floor. Definitely needs a new shower curtain and bleaching/deep cleaning of the shower room. Everything else is good.
