    the location, service, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is super worth for the price if youre looking for more affordable/budget options yet still wanting a good experience. really enjoyed my stay and would def be back! also you pay for what you get, the toilet is more of an open concept and the paint job wasnt the best but that didnt other us. water pressure is good, they clean your room everyday and top up your water. we stayed there for 9 nights and it was rlly worth it. shout out to the staff for being super helpful, especially the lady who helped me order from meituan bcs mine wasnt working (didnt catch her name but her wechat name was *** ) - she went the extra mile and helped us order food on our first night when we were having trouble. appreciate the hospitality! location is conveniently located at jingan temple station, but need to rlly find the place as its ard a 5-10min walk and its tucked away so need to find it, but after the first day of finding it it was rlly easy to locate subsequently. they also gave us early check in as there was a room avail which we rlly appreciated as we had an overnight flight and needed to recharge before heading out overall: 11/10 reccommend

    About seven-minute walk to the subway which is a plus point. Hotel facilities are in working condition but felt tired and dated. Felt like a top tier three-star hotel. Had an issue with one of the front desk female staff. Stayed for two nights and on the first night I had problems with the room air conditioner — wasn’t able to set it in cool air mode. The room was warm and stuffy and when I went to the front desk to seek help, I was told this was centrally controlled and there was nothing that could be done. The next morning, one of the housekeeping staff fixed it for me. Central heating? I think not.
