The hotel is comfortable and the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby that stay open late and the metro station is only a few minutes' walk away.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but our experience was affected by excessive noise from the room next door during the last three of our five nights. The guests were talking and laughing loudly after midnight and into the early morning. The staff did their best to help by speaking to the guests and providing us with another room to sleep in when the noise continued. However, I believe the noisy guests should have been moved instead of us. Another disappointment was that the swimming pool requires a swimming cap which is not mentioned on the hotel's website. We had to buy one for 100 RMB each before using it. I think it's very expensive and this information should be made clear in advance. Overall, the staff were excellent and our concerns are more about the hotel's management policies than the staff themselves.

All in all, I had a lovely stay. The location was brilliant. The staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly and always happy to help. They even let us leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out, which was ever so handy on our last day.

That said, there are a couple of things that could do with some improvement. The walls are rather thin, I could hear the person next door snoring quite clearly, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. Also, it would be lovely if the breakfast menu included some Halal options, as the current selection doesn’t really cater for guests with Halal dietary needs.

Loved the room. We stayed in a family suite and it was very comfortable. There was a Lego table in there which our kids absolutely loved.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel. Great location, spacious rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

I would like to sincerely thank Melody for offering us a later check-out, which was handled in an exceptionally smooth and efficient manner. The process was straightforward and completed without any unnecessary or lengthy discussion, reflecting her professionalism and respect for the guest’s time. Although I was prepared to proceed with the payment, Melody proactively waived the fee and arranged the late check-out free of charge. This thoughtful gesture was a perfect move on her part and left a very positive impression on us. Her decisive action, customer-oriented mindset, and genuine hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience.

The hotel needs a complete renovation.
