Facility was great and maintain well. But only problem is quality of staffs. Especially reception. Their action was always slow and no much hospitality.

The former western lord's house enables guests to perceive history of Shanghai. This is unique benefit of this hotel. It goes without saying that the hotel service and facilities are adequate to stay comfortably.
