comfortable accommodation in a nice location

great location, everything is close by, surprisingly quiet place, the train passing by the house was not even heard. the agreement with the owner is clear and friendly.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it, these are just minor flaws, the floor wasn't clean when we entered the accommodation, we had to sweep and mop it ourselves first😁 but we are used to have clean floors and we don't wear shoes at home. The mattresses weren't clean and there were some stains on the blankets, the bathroom wasn't cleaned well, but maybe it's because we're used to cleaner things.

Regarding the minor mishaps our stay was enjoyable

Design of the rooms was great. There was an underground parking. It was relatively close to the beach and the main pedestrian street.

We booked two apartments. The smaller apartment on the third floor was very dusty when we arrived and we had to start cleaning. The parking space of the apartment was occupied by someone else and we could not park our car there. There was no dishwasher and wifi was not working. The bigger room on the first floor was clean when we arrived. Only minus was that there was no bigger broom to clean the apartment with and no drying rack for the washed clothes.

New apartments, really nice and high quality place. Good sound insulation, very comfortable beds. I liked that the apartment has a balcony. The city centre is not too far. It's good chance to walk 🙂

We didn't receive a message with the entrance instructions, we had to call and find out how to get inside, but when the instructions sent, that was not totally clear. Toilet and paper towels it's not enought, coffee and sugar was just a few package. The parking was very inconvenient, it was not easy to park the car. The container room was locked to take out the garbage.

Amazing apartment

Location was brilliant. 15 mins walk from the beach. Lovely, big apartment. Very clean. Amazing kitchen with balcony.

Very difficult to get in touch with the owner. Waiting till the last minute to get codes to enter the building. Water in the shower very difficult to set the right temp and very uncomfortable access to the bath which makes difficult to wash little children as there was not enough space.

Good place to stay especially in those apartment toward the main yard

There were not the same facilities for 3 separate apartments which we had such as toaster, air-condition and so on. Those apartments toward the railway is not convenient to stay due to high noise by train passing by especially when the windows were opened.

truly recommend the place!

everything was fine! clean, spacious, very big and nice terrase outside, also there were toys for children. very comfortable code system for check inn.

Heater for clothes was not working, but it was not a problem. I had a panic a bit, when nobody was answering the phone, but then I got the codes by message and everything was fine again :) Location is also good, but need to notice that there is a train track, so you should go arround a bit.

Very good

The appartment is located relatively close to the downtown and in a walking distance to everything like shops, pubs, beach etc. The kitchen was well equipped. The room was exactly as shown on the pictures: comfortable and spacious,. Even though the railway track is located just behind the appartment, the property was quiet. I enjoyed no contact check-in and check-out.

The entrance code for the outer gate did not work. Room was not exactly clean. The kitchen furniture requires some renovation already, although it is relatively new.

Šiame apartamentų komplekse lankėmės jau n-ąjį kartą. Kaip įprastai mus tenkina lokacija (netoliese sporto aikštynas, jūra), komplekso aplinka (mažaaukštė statyba, saugumas) ir kiti privalumai (pvz.: požeminis automobilio parkingas, liftas).

Apsistojus būtent šiuose apartamentuose (2 aukšte dviejų miegamųjų apartamentai 70 m² su dviem san.mazgais) pritrūko elementarios švaros ir dėmesio detalėms (viename miegamųjų nukritęs paveikslas, svetainėje kėdės su su pažeistu gobelenu, buvusių svečių vaikų palikti lipdukai ant grindų, viename san.mazge nepritvirtintas tualetinio popieriaus laikiklis). Balkone nėra nei vieno baldo. Kėdę, žinoma, galima atsinešti iš svetainės, tačiau tai nėra laukui skirtas baldas.

Czyste i wygodne mieszkanie w dogodnej lokalizacji

Mieszkanie, które wynajmowaliśmy było stosunkowo nowe, ładnie urządzone, czyste (w tym łazienka, z której nie wydobywały sią żadne zapachy). Bardzo spokojna okolica, choć niedaleko głównej ulicy. Duży plus za garaż podziemny, zaciemniające zasłony w mieszkaniu i odkurzacz :) Na Monciak czy plażę - ok 15 min spacerkiem. Instrukcja (wraz z filmem) dostania się na osiedle i odbioru kluczy- bardzo czytelna.

Problematyczne było suszenie ręczników, czy czegokolwiek; brak na wyposażeniu wynajmowanego przez nas mieszkania wieszaków w łazience lub suszarki (stojącej, rozkładanej); ręczniki kąpielowe suszyliśmy na drzwiach i lampie podłogowej :) Brakowało nam żelazka i ewentualnie deski do prasowania (choć w mailu przy rezerwacji prosiliśmy o te dwie rzeczy). No i jak w większości apartamentów, które do tej pory wynajmowałem w różnych miejscach - reglamentowany papier toaletowy i ręcznik kuchenny (zaznaczę, że pobyt był rezerwowany dla 3 osób na 5 noclegów). A wystarczyłoby np. w szafie przy wejściu zostawić zapas do ewentualnego uzupełnienia i nie byłoby tematu. Mnie się już nawet nie chciało tych drobnostek zgłaszać, (czy biegać za panią sprzątającą inne apartamenty) bo to w sumie są małe niedogodności, ale przy tak wygodnym i miłym mieszkaniu szkoda takimi drobnostkami umniejszać ogólne bardzo dobre wrażenie.

Flott leilighet, rent og alt du trenger.

Standarden på leiligheten er fantastisk. Enkel adkomst til bygget, men litt vanskelig å finne frem første gang. Hjelper med meget og god beskrivelse på melding før ankomst. Fin by med alle muligheter. Strand, restauranter og shopping.

Sengene er veldig harde og knirker ved hver minste bevegelse.

Místo, velikost apartmánu, dostupnost a blízkost centra, celkově krásná lokalita s dokonalým systémem cyklostezek do a v Gdaňsku a do Gdyně.

v popisu byla napsána 2 standardní a dvě přistýlky, ale byly 2 rozkládací nepříliš pohodlné pohovky
