Superb

Balcony was very good, everything you needed was there, very clean and modern and was about 10 mins walk to Aldi, another 5 mins into main part of Sopot and train station also badly let down by taxi from airport who dropped us off about 1 mile from our apartment, telling us it was just across the road, we contacted the owner Piotr on a Saturday night who came and picked us up, overall great apartment at a very good price

Only slight problem was sun came into apartment, very early, would be good if some sort of blackout curtains were in apartment

Very poor

There was extreme building noise from 6 AM to afternoon every working day. Building is about 15 m far from the appartment and they are constructing underground fundamental board, so it is for a long time.

A Fresh aparment

There was NO wifi, minibar, slippers and barhrobs. There was only two towels for shower. No small towels for the hands etc. When we tried to call them they did not answer.

No WiFi

The apartment is spacious and full of light, with a lovely balcony overlooking a garden. The neighborhood is quiet and green, which is the biggest plus, and a kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom was big and very nice, but hot water supply was limited (no hot water early in the morning). With quality cleaning and good internet the apartment could score 9 out of 10, unfortunately that was not the case....

The description of amenities included WiFI but this is just not true! We were told that there was a WiFI router on the ground floor of the building, and when we complained they told they would reset the router, and that was it, after that there were no response at all to messages about it. But the signal just did not reach the 2nd floor! It was not always possible even to check e-mails, not to mention opening Google maps (which is kind of essential when travelling!). The other thing was that while the flat looked clean at the first sight, at a closer look you'd see that cleaning was not thourough - there were cigarette ends on the floor by the side of the sofa and slimy dirt in the washing machine. What a shame.

Excellent base for exploring Tricity

Good location easy walk downhill into the centre. Close to great forest paths for jogging or walking. Plenty of space and balcony too.

Building construction means you hear a lot from the neighbouring flats.

Ładny, zadbany apartament w pięknej dzielnicy, blisko centrum. Bardzo mili gospodarze, bardzo pomocni. Pobyt z dzieckiem bardzo udany.

Расположение хорошее, в 15 минутах ходьбы до набережной. Дом расположен в очень зеленой и тихой зоне.

Мое размещение не соответствовало той квартире, которую я забронировала (по фото). Бронировала я еще в апреле (проживала в июне) и оплатила за двухкомнатную квартиру с отдельной спальней на двоих и большой кухней. За неделю до приезда обстоятельства сложились так, что я приехала одна. Я попросила компенсировать какую-нибудь сумму за проживание одного человека. Но мне отказали, сославшись на то, что количество человек не отражается на стоимости. И меня разместили в однокомнатную маленькую квартиру с маленькой кухней. Кроме того, не было горячей воды (спускала воду полчаса, но она была чуть теплая).
