No water, moved around to different addresses. Not fun

All apartments (we were moved around to different ones) were clean

A very disappointing experience. Our apartment had no running water, after hours of waiting we were moved to a new apartment, which was much lower quality than what we paid for...AND was dark with no view and, no daylight. We had to pack our bags and travel through ice and snow when we should have been celebrating our anniversary. Then finally the third apartment. A different part of town to what we booked, but finally water and daylight. The staff were responsive, but the repeated trips back and forth to their central office for keys, for THREE apartments, ruined the experience overall. I believe we deserve a refund, but no such offer.

Great location appartmens with poor squeaking beds

The appartments is in a great location, 15 minutes from city center, 3 mins from nearest grocery store, 10 minutes from nearest beach. Aqua park is in a walking distance. Appartments are equipted with all the necesary stuff for family stay.

Beds were awful, wooden beds all nighs were squeaking from the minimal movements. All family were tired from those squeaking sounds and got more tired than relaxed during the night sleep. I hope the host will change those old wooden beds into something more cosy and more suitable for the sleep during the night.

Good value for reasonable money!

- Great location, easy and short walk to the beach. A house itself has a nice location and view from the windows. - There are 6 apartments in the same house so you can come with you friends. The price is very good for Sopot. - Well equipped apartment - microwave, kitchenware, and all necessary staff - Free parking. There are 4 free parking places close to the house. A free place is not guaranteed, because there are 6 apartments, however during our stay it was not a problem at all. - An apartment with terrace has a really nice and comfortable terrace. - A hostess was very friendly. We were able to enter the room a couple of hours before the official check-in start.

Everything was great, there are only minor improvements: - No shampoo and gel - you need to be ready for this - I recommend to call to the hostess because messaging through booking.com may be a bit slow :)

Superb

We were 3 pairs with kids in the 4bedroom apartment and that was pretty tight for 3 families (for example we would expect larger fridge or some locker in one of the bedrooms) however the location was nice/close to the beach (unfortunately the building next to us was under reconstruction but that should not take long and also it didn’t really bother us) and also the price was very meaningful. We missed a soup ladle or a wine glasses but l’m sure it will be sorted after this commentary:)

Ogólnie polecam ALE dla max dwóch osób, w ciepłym okresie/

Obiekt położny w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, cena przystępna, czysto, wyposażenie kompletne - wszystko czego potrzeba

Apartament bardzo mały, salonu nie nazwałabym salonem a mikro kuchnia ze stołem z dwoma krzesłami (jakbyśmy 4 rozłożyli to nie dałoby się chodzić), nasz pobyt był w luty z dwójka małych dzieci (3 lata oraz 4 miesiące) w apartamencie tak zimno że nie dało się chodzić bez butów po podłodze, dzieci spały w bluzach. Nie odśnieżony, oblodzony teren przed kamienicą, z wózkiem dziecięcym bardzo ciężko było się dostać do środka. Odbieranie i oddawanie kluczy pod innym adresem też w naszym przypadku mało komfortowe.

Lokalizacja fajna. Ciepło w mieszkaniu!..to wielki plus..bo pogoda była nie najlepsza..więc raczyliśmy się piwem..jak już wracaliśmy wieczorem do domu. Ogólnie jesrwśmy z pobytu zadowoleni..bo Sopot ma swój urok. Obsługa ok..

Poza solą..niewielką ilością plynu pod prysznic..i mydla w plynie ..nie bylo nic..nawet proszku do mycia wanny..fajnie..że byla pościel Duży mankament..ze klucze trzeba pobierać z innego miejsca..i oddawać..

Ogólnie bardzo udany :-)

Bardzo blisko miejsc które chciałem odwiedzić. Ciche, ustronne miejsce, idealne dla pary lub singla. Kilka minut spacerem od najbliższej plaży, kilkanaście minut od ścisłego centrum miasta. Wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia, spełniły moje oczekiwania. Duże, wygodne, podwójne łózko z czystą pościelą. Plusem był grzejnik w łazience który można było uruchomić niezależnie od reszty ogrzewania, oraz profesjonała, wysokiej jakości suszarka do włosów idealnie układająca i prostująca brodę.

Ogrzewanie, po za łazienka niestety nie działało, być może z powodu zapowietrzenia kaloryferów. Jeżeli chodzi o sprzęty AGD/RTV można by umieścić w apartamencie, krótkie, proste instrukcje ich obsługi. Fajnym elementem wyposażenia kuchni mógłby być czajnik elektryczny z termostatem lub wbudowanym termometrem. (np. dla gości chcących zaparzyć Yerba Mate lub zieloną herbatę, wymagające innej temperatury wody niż wrzątek)
