A squeaky clean, spacious and nicely arranged apartment in a great location.

The host is exceptionally nice. Everything was exactly as described - in fact, the place is even nicer in reality than in the pictures. I especially appreciated that the host offered to take care of my luggage for a couple of hours on the day of my departure.

This apartment was very safe and secure, apart from the bedding situation the place was exceptional

Property was very central and extremely safe

The bedding, the duvet covers were clean but the duvets were in need of replacement as they were heavily stained. When we opened the wardrobe there was a stained duvet and pillow that was belonging to one of the spare beds.

True hospitality

I stayed for 2 nights in the smallest apartment - me and my dog have thoroughly enjoyed the stay.:) It is a tiny cute flat, arranged with so much thought and care - new, spotlessly clean, with convenient lights, sockets and huge mirrors, plenty of hooks to hang things, huge ( for the small flat) wardrobe. Comfy bed and pillows,, snow white linen. Location is superb , 5 min walk from the train station and right on the main drag to the pier. The owner is friendly, responsive and helpful ( provided an extra bed cover for my pet to keep my bed neat :) ) And the floor is heated for those like me who love it warm and cozy! Many thanks to Filip for the heart- warming hospitality!

A great, clean, conveniently located place in Sopot

Everything was great. This place was remarkably clean and the kitchen was fully equipped in case you'd need to cook for yourself. Had we stayed longer, we would have cooked for sure. My only suggestion would be to leave either a dishcloth or even a roll of paper towels for future guests to dry hands /dishes in the kitchen. The location was great, with a good, simple, inexpensive homestyle restaurant just across the front entrance and a nice pancake place a few shops down the street. A ŻABKA convenience store was just next door. Our host was extremely helpful and easily accessible whenever we had a question. The apartment is just 7 minutes on foot away from the train station and right on the main pedestrian Monte Cassino street. The apartment is very quiet, the view is on the back courtyard.

The apartment was really hot and it should have fans readily available. The outside door to the street should be painted, with several graffiti’s is giving a bad impression.

Filip, the owner made everything easy, he was available if needed and very friendly. The apartment was spotless, the location excellent, everything we needed.

location fantastic right on the Main Street and just round the corner from the train station. Filip the owner was excellent, he communicated well and when we locked our keys in the apartment he came with no trouble at all. He arranged a private transfer from the airport and return for us.

Exceptional

I wholeheartedly recommend this property, especially for a group of friends (we stayed here in a group of 6 and it was great)! The location is superb, on the main street of Sopot, close the train station (very convenient if you want to travel around the area, and there’s great pizza at the train station :-) ) and a stone’s throw from the beach. The host is also very helpful and communication in case of any issue was great.

Apartment (1bd) was cozy and had all amenities necessary. Its really close to train station /main street. Cleanliness was on good level, contact and attention from staff/owner had been exceptional.

Despite coziness, although we appreciate it was whole apartment, there wasnt enough space to fit everything owner thought will fit. At first glance location is nice, with windows overlooking inner yard - but inner yard is close to nearby train tracks, so if you are looking for something quiet in the back alley - that is not it.

Well located, right at the "main street". Everything was very clean and new. The host was very helpful and always available. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious, we were in 4 adults and 2 kids and it was fine. =) For sure we will be back soon! I recommend! Best spot in Sopot!

Bardzo dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt

Lokalizacja świetna, mieszkanie ciche, spokojne sąsiedztwo. Ogrzewanie jest podłogowe, można podkręcić, jest ciepło. Ładna i ciepła łazienka.

Mojemu synowi nie podobał się plakat z Chałup ;-)

Malutkie mieszkanie ale za to w idealnej lokalizacji, w pełni wyposażone, perfekcyjnie czyste, gustownie urządzone, w centrum, a jednak ciche. Bardzo polecam na krótkie wypady.

Zsuwający się materac podczas spania, musiałam go dopychać w nocy,brak zaciemnienia zasłonki są ale tylko prowizoryczne bo nie zaciemniają porannych godzin spania jest bardzo jasno, bardzo głośne pociągi,no i skrzypiąca klamka która wybudzała mnie za każdym razem kiedy partner korzystał z toalety i wice wersa. Przez to byliśmy bardzo zmęczeni w ciągu dnia.Właściciel odpowiada uprzejmie i od razu ale.warunki mógłby poprawić.
