Nice location but difficult sleeping experience

- perfect location, most of the attractions accessible by foot - the flat is very spacious, you rent a whole flat not part of a bigger apartment divided into smaller ones - kitchen is well equipped generally - there is a washing machine although we didn’t use it - the flat was quite clean, we didn’t notice any dirt - towels, coffee, tea provided

- the soundproofing in this flat is outrageous, we could hear conversations of people walking down the street (with windows and curtains closed). there was also a party going on somewhere in the building and we could every sound the whole night - the bed linen is polyester and i’ve never had so many electric shocks after sleeping in a bed. the bed is also quite squeaky and there was only one small cover (kołdra) for two people. the sleep experience was quite uncomfortable in general - there is no shower curtain in the bathtub and no shampoo/shower gel. this is not a downside, just a sidenote

There is a smell of old cigarette smoke in the flat. But with some air it will disappear for a few hours.

Pleasant

The flat has a very good location. It's in the very center area however not looking at the main streets so you don't get bothered by the sounds from the outside. Pretty warm flat if you turn on the heaters. Fast Wifi connection. Pretty good kitchen with all important equipment.

It could have been cleaner. Obviously the flat looked it was cleaned before my arrival but it looks like the cleaning was done in a rush and not completed properly. The bed, as large as it is, was a bit noisy. The bed sheets, pillow cases and duvet was very bad. Old and not a pleasant material.

You have to pay parking fee every day in front of the apartment, we got a ticket first day there early in the morning...

Very pleasent.

The location was perfect, quite close to the train station and old town. Good shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Very easy to contact the owner, who was helpful and forthcoming.

Genialna lokalizacja, mieszkanie duże, dobrze wyposażone (pralka, zmywarka, mikrofala), możliwość zameldowania o dowolnej porze (klucz w skrytce).

Wątpliwa czystość łazienki i pościeli, niewygodne łóżko (materac do wymiany).

Žalim svakog slijedećeg gosta. Jedina sreća za prvog slijedećeg će biti u tome da sam mu na svom odlasku oprao posuđe.

Najprljaviji apartman u kojem sam u životu boravio! Krevet katastrofa. Kuhinjsko posuđe skoro da ne postoji. Povrh svega, susjedi kreteni koji bez prestanka nabijaju vratima u bilo koje doba večeri i noći.

Bardzo super lokalizacja, blisko centrum, dużo fajnych knajp blisko. Można spokojnie dotrzeć ze stacji pkp jak i iść nad bulwary by zwiedzać.

Bardzo pomocna obsługa, dość przestrzenne, wygodne mieszkanie, wyposażone w niezbędne sprzęty.

Pościel mogłaby być lepszej jakości, suwaki były popsute, prześcieradło przetarte.
