Very nice room, nice bathroom, and most importantly very nice staff, they treat you better than in any other place.

A lovely stay at a warm, family-run homestay in Ninh Binh. Linh was an exceptional host — always helpful, approachable, and full of genuine hospitality. We even got to spend some time with her baby granddaughter, which made it feel like a real home rather than just a place to sleep. When we had an early checkout, she kindly packed us a breakfast to take. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast itself was wonderful. We'd definitely return.

The only minor note is some morning noise, but that's about it — hardly a reason not to book.

The room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and the water was hot in the shower. The breakfast was really good especially the egg bahn mi and the mango smoothie. Miss Lihn and her family are lovely and such a joy to have interacted with. They have a lovely home and she has a very lovely heart. She even helped us book out tickets for a better price than online to phong nha. Thank you for everything

The motorbike that we rented from her had Quite a bit of problems. It would be nice if the bike could be sent to the mechanic to fix it since it could be dangerous.
