We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean. The owners ( husband & wife) are very very organised. The breakfast provided is filling too. You get a big bowl of fresh fruit with your breakfast, which was awesime.
We did laundry there twice and they took care of it all for us. We also rented scooter from them for couple days and it was all easy process.
The location of the place is also amazing. Near to everything but yet, a bit away from all the noise. Highly recommended the place if you are looking to stay in Tam coc area.
The rooms are big, spacious, clean and air-conditioned as well.

This was truly a wonderful place to stay. The room and bathroom were very spacious and impeccably clean. Every morning, Joan’s family prepared a homemade breakfast that was delicious and thoughtfully done, with fresh fruits every day. The hosts were extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. The location is also excellent. Very close and walkable to all the restaurants in town. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would happily return.
