About this villa rental

NEW FOR SPRING 2025. This nicely updated condominium has stone countertops, hardwood flooring throughout and has a bright and airy decor. Recently renovated bathrooms. It has a convenient 2nd floor entry and exit to the patio and pool deck and is a short 1.5 blocks to the beach (5 to 7 Minute Walk). Each bedroom has a King size bed. Primary Bathroom has a new Walk-In Shower and guest bath has a new tub/shower combo. The Forest Beach address also is a quick walk to Pope Avenue shopping and dining venues, including Coligny Plaza and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. Washer/Dryer is located in the kitchen area and the living room has ample seating. Ceiling Fans in both bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs for each bedroom along with a powder room on the first floor.

My wife loved the condo. From check-in to checkout, she kept repeating “We need to book this place next year.” Super job on the update. Nice furniture and mattresses.

We had a slight snaffu with communication but I blame it on technology honestly. The condo is very close to everything including 2 block walk to beach access, .5 mile walk to restaurants and wonderful Coligny Beach, swimming pool onsite. We were so busy we never checked out the courts. It was a wonderful stay

Location very close to beach and dining, grocery stores, etc. There were no surprises, place was as advertised. Would stay there again.
