Good location, room is comfortable, breakfast has many option, the main restaurant is nice overall great hotel
The ground and swimming pool need updates, the Thai restaurant in the top the food is horrible

The entire team were so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Very comfy bed, villas are modern with lots of daily treats left in the room. Breakfast was great, we loved the fresh coconuts and the coffee was excellent. Had a massage at the spa and it was one of the best I have ever had! Overall a wonderful stay and would go back.
Rainforest experience in the spa is a little tired. Drink prices are high but felt the quality of spirits used in cocktails did not match this. No problem paying the price tag but better quality is needed.
