This stunning home has everything to enjoy, including an open floor plan with kitchen that offers quartz countertops, top-of-the-line appliances and a huge center island overlooking the living room with gas fireplace. The master bedroom with soaring cathedral ceilings is the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the views from every angle. Along with a private bath with dual sinks, large glass-enclosed shower. Our home also features 2 additional bedrooms, with queen beds and detached full baths, gorgeous gray maple floors throughout, a bottom entrance level storage area with sitting benches, endless windows, multiple sliders to the front and back decks providing the best views in the area, all year long!
Artist's Perch is convenient to numerous amenities, we're a 1 minute walk to Bob's Lobster Shack or a 5 minute bike ride to Plum Island beaches, restaurants, ice cream shop, liquor store, general store and more. Artist's Perch is a five minute drive to downtown Newburyport and all the Newburyport attractions: the town dock and waterfront, the rail trail, museums, cultural sites, unique boutiques, and fabulous restaurants.
Artists Perch provides the perfect location to explore beyond Plum Island to Newburyport, Cape Ann (Gloucester and Rockport), Salem, and Boston. Our home is within 1 mile of the commuter rail station. The Newburyport Commuter line can take you to the heart of Boston in just 40 minutes or to Rockport, Gloucester, or Salem in 15 minutes.

We were so pleased with our stay at Artist’s Perch. The house was airy and light filled. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained. The beds were super comfortable.
Craig, the owner was very responsive both before our stay and during.
All in all it was a perfect week to recharge and reconnect as a family.
We loved overlooking the marsh with gorgeous views in all directions.

We were looking for a comfortable COVID-safe place to relax for my daughter's school break week, and this property delivered. The landscape is on display through tons of windows and it was fun to watch the changes at high and low tide, with a coating of ice, with birds, etc. The ONLY down side is nearness to the road, but we expected this. Very close to both plum island beaches and Newburyport plus other nearby towns. Craig and Robin responded within minutes to every message, checkin was easy despite a midnight arrival. Would definitely recommend!

The house was better in-person than in the pictures! There were 5 of us: 2 adults, two 3.5 year olds, and an infant. We rented over the long Thanksgiving holiday as a local getaway during COVID. It was a perfect vacation home for our family with close driving access to the beach and town. Saw cranes and hawks from the deck, and watched the planes land right in front of the house! The only drawback was the busy road, but because it was off-season it was totally manageable. We had a slight issue with check-in; the door code was not communicated to us in time for 4pm check-in. But I was able to call VRBO and obtain the owners cell phone number. Craig the owner is extremely hospitable; the best I have experienced. Extremely responsive and willing to go out of his way to make our stay exceptional.
