3 min walk to Beach; Basin water sunset view. Downtown Newburyport is just 3 miles!
AC throughout house
Located on a private street, one of the only homes with a LARGE Fenced in backyard: patio, grill, umbrella, outdoor shower!
Great kayaking, fishing, boogie boarding
-One dog considered for addtl $50 per night must disclose upon request to book
-parking for 4 cars

one bedroom and bathroom is located on the main floor and 2 bedrooms with queen beds are located on the lower level
