Lovingly held by the same family for 50 years, and recently acquired by a Plum Island family, this cottage blends vintage island charm with the comfort and space needed for an extended seasonal stay. Inside are available for sleeping 8-10.

You’re just over a half mile walk to the beaches and only 800 yards from the Sunset Club, the trendy Plum Island destination. Plum Island’s main beach area, restaurants, and Reservation beaches are close enough for a bike ride or evening stroll. Start your morning at Mad Maggie’s, enjoy the same sweeping views at The Sunset that you’ll see from your deck, or stop by The Riptide for live music and great food. Essentials are nearby at Cottage or Pizza Factory Plum Island. And when you want a change of pace, Newburyport — with standout dining and easy delivery options — is just over 2 miles away. Sandy Point, one of the Reservation’s most cherished beaches, sits about 8 miles down the island.
