Easy to communicate with the host and great indoor and outdoor space. House was very well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, etc and it was incredibly comfortable.
No complaints. We had a great stay!

It was a clean ,comfortable space. The decor was modern and attractive .
There were two parking spaces.
Nearby beach area is not suitable for swimming.the mouth of Merrimack River better suited for cast fishing .
The exterior was untidy.
The check-in time is 4 with check out at 10 am . Too short and not good value at over five hundred dollars a night with cleaning and admin fees. After the booking is confirmed , a rental agreement with terms stating additional fees for circumstances must be signed before access code is provided.

The ease of the process and the attention to detail was outstanding! Beautiful location and lovely decor. Owners were so friendly and kind. Would love to go there again!š
