We received such warm and thoughtful hospitality.

We received such warm and thoughtful hospitality. I stayed here for three nights with my 5-year-old daughter, and it was a perfect family trip. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, right in front of the lake. The host’s local travel recommendations were incredibly helpful, and the white wine gifted to us from a Lake Garda winery was truly delicious. Every place the host recommended was wonderful. Above all, the cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent. If you are traveling from Korea, I strongly recommend staying here. It was a perfect holiday. Thank you again.

The perfect introduction to Desenzano di Garda.

We loved our stay here! Riccardo was kind enough to pick us up from the station (and drop us back at the end of our visit) and he had many wonderful recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to experience. We are so grateful for his generosity. The location is incredible- views of the lake and a short stroll into the centre. A wonderful stay! Would highly recommend.

Really nice place to stay in Desenzano.

Very good localization, near the lake, restaurants and the centro of Desenzano. Apartment was very clean with all needs stuff and terrace. Very kind and helpful owner Ricardo, he gave us lots of recommendations.

One downside was the renovation of a nearby tenement house, but it didn’t disturb us.

Our stay is memorable and perfect!

A highly recommended place to stay. Everything are accessible, near the ferry station and walking distance from train station. But you do not worrry about it since the host pick you up and send you in the train station. The host is very nice and give you every information you need.

Superb apartment!

Superb apartment in a great location just across the road from the lakeside and beach. A short walk (less than 10 minutes)to the harbour and town centre. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay including a coffee machine. Lovely to sit out on the balcony with a glass of wine in the evening. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Washing machine. Complimentary water, wine and treats. And to top it off, Ricardo very kindly picked us up from the train station & took us back on our last day. Will definitely book this apartment again and will be recommending it to family and friends!

Fantastic accommodation and host

Ricardo is a fantastic host! He picks you up from the train station and drops you back if you require. He gave us a free late checkout and gave loads of information on the area, and gave recommendations. The flat is clean, comfortable and the location is excellent.

There is construction work at the villa next door which starts at 7am, however we didnt go to Italy to sit in the room but if you like to lay in when on holiday just take some ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones.

The apartament is very nice, so tide and clean. The host was great, explain everything and always ready to help us. We walked around the Desenzano, and get all cities atracttions. Vvery good location.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Desenzano! Highly recommended!

The apartment is amazing! Spotless clean, fully equipped kitchen, hot shower, washing machine and the best part is a balcony with a beautiful view. The location is perfect, in the heart of Desenzano. However, the most important thing are the hosts! We travel a lot, and meet all kind of people, but the host Riccardo, is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He picked us up from a train station and gave us ride back when we were leaving, despite a very early hour. We are very grateful! We enjoyed our stay very much, the only regret that I have is not staying longer. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone!

The owner was very kind to tell us everything we needed to know about our trip: restaurants, trips, ferry.. And the apartment had everything you need (+elevator in the building which was a blessing for our huge luggage)

Host Ricardo went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday. When the weather was due to have large hailstones, he contacted us with directions to a underground carpark for our vehicle. Location right on the beach with balcony rear facing gardens. Restaurant right outside. Centre 5 muns walk. Would highly recommend .Will definitely be going back.

Fabulous and cosy stay

Very nice apartment, cosy and with beautiful details. Balcony where you can eat breakfast and spend evenings. Everything was clean , new bed sheets and towels. Kitchen with vintage touch and all needed equipment. Host was super friendly and always responsive! Great location , just next to lake and public beach. Private and free of charge parking. The apartments are large and comfortable. The larger apartment has a separate double bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan kitchen with lounge/dining room/ additional sleeping space The second apartment has a bedroom with 4 beds (one bunk) a bathroom, and a separate kitchen . Both have beautiful balconies Lots of cupboard space and a washing machine means you can spend many days here! The apartments are opposite Garda lake with a beach and a promenade across the road. The location is superb The hosts are incredibly accommodating and generous. They met us on the premises and were available to advise and answer any questions We wish we could stay longer and can't wait to go back!!

It was great distance from train station and only 20 minute bus journey to Sirmione for more attractions. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and close to lots of restaurants and mini markets for food. Was great being right on the lake front and having our own balcony.

Too expensive for what it is offered

The location was amazing with a balcony facing a fascinating old building, the lake and the mountains. Free parking available inside the residence.

The couch was not ideal for sitting on it because it was too long and the mattress was sliding. On the pillows there were hair from previous guests and there was no cover for the blanket. Shower soap was missing and a sponge for washing the kitchen stuff was missing too. The windows were old and should be renovated. Eating on the kitchen table was ok but it did not look big enough for more than one person.

Weekend on Garda

First time to lake Garda and we found this delightful bnb. Excellent position right on the lake, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The owner even let us stay a little longer as we had a later train, and kindly offered us a lift to the station. Highly recommend
