About this house rental
A charming cottage within walking distance to downtown Boyne City with lovely views of Lake Charlevoix. This home has three air-conditioned bedrooms with a master suite (king size bed) on the 1st floor with a full bath and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. with a full bath.. It's very clean and neat just waiting for you and your family to enjoy. The cottage sleeps six people comfortably. The home is NOT on the lake nor does it offer lake access. however, the back patio offers a nice place to relax and enjoy lake views and lake breezes. There are plenty of parks and public accesses in the area for biking, hiking, swimming, and boating

I was so charmed by this home. I especially loved the upstairs bedroom with queen bed - so cozy. The home and property was clean, tidy, and well kept. I felt very comfortable and have zero complaints. Will book again next time I’m in Boyne.

Very nice location, easy access to all the places to go up north. The house itself has a nice home feel, plenty of space to spread out. Very comfortable.

Well, first off VRBO did not get me the check in code, I had to reach out to them and that ended up being a struggle. We finally got in the house about 5:30 when we were there to check in at 4:30.When going around and checking the place out it was found in the upstairs bathroom that a dirty wet wash rag and towel were left hanging behind the door. Also, we noticed that the advertised queen bed upstairs was more like a full size bed.After being there a couple of days we then noticed there were no garbage bags, toilet paper or paper towels so, of course I had to reach out to have the house manager bring us some.This for sure was not the best VRBO that I have stayed in, the house smelled like musty moldy when we first walked in as well. I would not book this VRBO again.
