About this cottage rental
Enjoy a relaxing stay at our home two blocks from lake Charlevoix boat launch. Bring your boat! We have room for your boat and trailer. This property is a duplex. You will be renting the front unit. We are right across the street from a nature preserve. You have a private deck outside the front door to enjoy your morning coffee. If it's a little chilly there is a propane fire pit to keep you warm.

Kathy was a great host and the home was spotless and comfortable. We could walk to grocery store and downtown shops/restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Second time staying at the place. Maybe there will be a third. Place is as advertised and comfortable and hosts are responsive. Boyne City is great.

Great location and the two bed two bath house was like brand new. The house had everything we needed for our one week vacation. Will recommend to friends and family
