About this house rental

AVAILABLE MEMORIAL DAY AND BEYOND! Guests love to be able to walk to the beaches, restaurants and pubs downtown. Just five miles from Boyne Mountain skiing, this older charming 3-bedroom home features a new gourmet kitchen with starter spices and condiments, all linens, wireless Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and front and back patios. There's a sunroom/sleeping porch with a comfy daybed to catch breezes from Lake Charlevoix. Upstairs, the bedrooms include one queen and two full beds. All bedrooms have a place for your bags and one has a desk in case you need to work from home. The bathroom features a clawfoot bathtub/shower combination, starter shampoos, soaps and a hair dryer. We are dog-friendly, but allergic to cats. The home has central air and the upstairs bedrooms have extra-large ceiling fans. The front deck looks over a wooded lot and offers lake breezes. The back patio features a view of the garden. The owners live one block away in the event that you need help with anything! Like starting the Bosch washer and dryer in the first floor mudroom. Books and games are in the armoire on the second floor landing along with extra linens. Out back, there's a Weber grill and charcoal. We leave the fixings for your first morning's breakfast.
