Enjoy Peninsula beach and splash pad adjacent to the Harborage Marina right across the street. This cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen/dining area, family room and washer/dryer. During the non-winter months, you'll find a lovely patio with furniture and a grill behind the house with a large back yard plush with thick grass. Summer and fall in downtown Boyne City truly is adorable and a great place to vacation with children. Enjoy the farmers market every Wednesday and Saturday along with craft shows at Vets Park. Stroll the streets every Friday night with live music and drinks on the go. Enjoy the commanding views of Avalanche Peak which rises to 1023 feet above Lake Charlevoix providing visibility of any high point south of the Mackinac Bridge. Boyne City is centrally located for travel to Walloon Lake, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Charlevoix, Traverse City, Elk Rapids, Crossroads Village, Mackinaw City and more in under an hour. For winter enthusiasts enjoy skiing and an indoor water park at Boyne Mountain with Nub’s Nob and Boyne Highlands less than 30 miles away.

We had a wonderful vacation this week and we loved our view every morning drinking our coffee, this house is close to everything and we could walk to town and the beach. The house was perfect for our family and it was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. Highly recommended
