On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and sleeping area furnished with 1 sofabed, a dining table, and a dedicated entertainment setup. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space, also featuring a small dining table for casual meals. From this level, you have direct access to a terrace of 10 m2, ideal for outdoor relaxation. The ground floor also includes a shower and WC.

The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, houses the 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 145 cm in width, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This floor also benefits from a separate WC and provides access to a second terrace of 15 m2, offering additional outdoor space for your enjoyment.
