The serenity..

We really loved everything. However we booked a month earlier for the wine tasting BBQ night. Firstly the booking was split and we were at 3 separate tables which were then joined together. A lot of the seating is in a far nicer location on cement and with lovely views and as 6 paying guests we feel we should have been given a better table. We were sat on tables in an area away from Bbq on dirt. We asked to be moved but were refused. It didn’t spoil are night but a table for six in the nicer area was never used and feel we should have been moved there. It was disappointing to be paying guests of the hotel and other visitors given nicer tables. I suggest that guests of the hotel are allocated tables in the nicer area.

This was absolutely amazing experience, best of all Mallorca. The staff was professional and very friendly. I have to say a huge thank to all of them! ☺️ Wine tasting experience was also absolutely worth.

One thing: our room bathroom doors was broken, but on the stay time we didn’t have a time to notify the host, and it didn’t make a trouble to us. :D

It was amazing, we loved it so much, the room (which was super clean), the nature, the animals, quietness and the pool. A big thanks to Neanke (hopefully I spell it right ;-) ) who was absolutely outstanding in everything she did, quick, efficient, reliable and very nice and Daniela, responsible for the breakfast, was super nice as well. My dog was very welcomed as well and a good thing, no charge for her, very much appreciated. We will be back :)

The only thing was the dinner we had, it didn't match the charged price, but we already mentioned this. And a proper coffee machine for breakfast would be great as well and some trays to put on the plates, tee etc so you dont have to keep on walking would be very useful :)
