Private farm, wifi, private pool, barbecue, 13 minutes from the beach

We absolutely loved our stay here. The farmhouse is great inside. The pool is fantastic, just a heads up, it is deep, even in the shallow end - I am 5ft 4 and needed to tiptoe. The outdoor furniture could do with some tlc but we weren’t bothered and we didn’t use the bbq so can’t comment. The bugs are awful, get spray, plug ins, candles, whatever otherwise you will get eaten alive. It is a little difficult to find, especially in the dark but very close to town and accessible to get everywhere you want to go. The shower is very temperamental too but we got used to it, easier to use handheld and the cold water was a relief to be fair. Haha. The house does have portable fans and a ceiling fan but they don’t offer much relief but you expect to be hot in Mallorca don’t you so we survived. The third room is a sofa bed which we had to make up ourselves when we arrived. Air con would genuinely make it perfect. Check in, his parents meet you to give you keys and a few bits of info, they ask for the visitors tax there and then, read up on it so you know how much to pay. Check out time is actually 10am not 12pm, I advised the owner to update the details on here. However he let us stay until 12 as our flight was later on so that was super kind of him! Check out was easy too, just left the keys in the mail box. The host and his family had great communication and were so friendly and helpful. Lovely people. All in all a wonderful stay and we highly recommend. Thank you for having us.

The property is a few miles of Luccmajor. The address in the description ain’t correct. The owner helped us by phone and gave us the right directions so there wasn’t a problem. The parents of the owner live next door and are really very helpful if we needed anything. The pool is very nice. The house was very clean. There is a lot is space and quittness just what we wanted. If you want a lot of luxury than it is better to choose another house. At the back of the house is a ranch where a horse is. The kids loved that. A few tips for the owner: there was dog sjitt on the property, there isn’t a shower by the pool and the lights of the terras work simultaneously with the lamps in the inside. That’s very inconvenient. For the rest, everything is in order and we had a very pleasant stay.

Situated close to supermarket, restaurants and not too far a drive to coast. This is good value for money, we didn't spend a lot of time here as weather was cool and wet.
