About this house rental
The almost 100-year-old finca ‘Es Rafal’ is a lovingly restored natural stone house with pool and separate guest house in typical Mallorcan style. It is located only three minutes by car from the village of Montuïri, a small typical Mallorcan village on a slight hill in the middle of an 8000 m² plot with a marvellous view of the countryside. The main house has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area of approx. 50 m², a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A good WLAN connection is also available.
In front of the main house and in the pool area (7 x 3 metres), two south-facing sun terraces invite you to linger. The pool is newly renovated and now chlorine-free - converted to a salt water base. In the Mediterranean-style garden there is a guest house with a bed-sitting room with an open fireplace as well as a dressing room and a bathroom. Thanks to its central location, the finca is the ideal starting point for exploring the entire island.
The costs for the final cleaning are up to 4 persons Euro 140,--; from 5 persons Euro 180,--; when using both houses Euro 180,-- (this is not possible in winter months). Due to the increased electricity and gas prices, an energy surcharge of Euro 80,-- per week is added in winter. Since 1 July 2019, the Balearic government has levied an eco-tax of Euro 2,-- per person per night from the age of 16.
This amount must be paid on site when the keys are handed over.
Use of the property: The tenant undertakes to treat the property with care during his presence and rental period and to inform the landlord or the local manager immediately if damage has occurred to the property or furniture. Damage culpably caused by the tenant will be charged. In the summer months from June to August, arrival is only possible on Friday or Saturday for organisational reasons. The guest house cannot be booked from December to February as there is no heating.
Use of the pool: The tenant undertakes to supervise the use of the pool for the period rented and confirms with the booking that the landlord is released from any liability. We thank you for your understanding.
Child supervision: When travelling with children, the parents or guardians undertake to assume full liability and to fulfil their duty of supervision.

It is a very nice house with a very very beautiful garden and swimming pool. We only missed an airconditioning as it was 29 degress celsius inside (outside 30 degrees), the basement is nice and cool though. Also there is no door in the basement room so it basically is open with the living room which is not convenient if you have small children sleeping there. But overall it is a lovely house!

This property is in a great location in the center of the island. It is out in the country so you can really relax plus the swimming pool was great. It’s nicely set up for multiple couples or families since there are two houses on the property with bedrooms and bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again.

A Dream Stay at finca es rafal, Do not spend your money anywhere else, It is 30 minutes drive MAX away from any part of the island. Food is great everywhere. Rented a fiat 500 from recordgo without deposit or excess, mr Moller was at the door before we even got there, gave us a quick rundown of the property and the rest was purely funI recently spent a week at Finca Es Rafal in Montuïri, and it was nothing short of perfect. This beautifully maintained Spanish finca offers the ideal balance of privacy, comfort, and authentic charm.From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning countryside views and the finca’s immaculate condition. The interiors are a perfect blend of traditional character and modern comfort, making it feel like a true home away from home. The private pool and spacious terrace became my favorite spots to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy peaceful evenings.Its central location made it easy to explore Mallorca, but honestly, I barely wanted to leave this idyllic retreat. If you’re looking for a secluded yet luxurious getaway, Finca Es Rafal is an absolute must!

Todo espectacular, acorde con el precio, el mes y situación.Realmente una casa con encanto.
Lástima de estropear el viaje la caldera de la casa. Agua fria en diciembre y ruidos ensordecedores de madrugada de las tuberías de la mismisima caldera.
