Wir waren zu Zweit Ende September dort. Das Wetter war super und das Haus hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Es war sauber und mit allem Wichtigem ausgestattet, besonders erwähnenswert sind aber vor alle die liebevolle Einrichtung, der Pool und der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer. Der Ort ist ruhig und absolut nicht touristisch, was uns gut gefallen hat und mit einem Auto kommt man gut an alle Orte der Insel. Wir würden das Haus sofort weiterempfehlen und auch selbst wiederkommen.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Aber was ich gerne hervorheben möchte ist die Sauberkeit. Es war wirklich tip top sauber. Unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Spass im Pool. Das Haus hat einen Parkplatz was uns mit dem Mietwagen sehr entgegenkam. Das Haus ist in einem wunderschönen Städchten und fussläufig ist auch ein Supermarkt zu erreichen. Der für uns schönste Strand Mallorcas "Es trenc" ist in 25km zu erreichen.

Pros: - sehr gut ausgestattete Küche - gute Betten - schöner Innenhof - toller Grill - Parkplatz im Innenhof - freundlicher Vermieter Cons: - direkt an der Strasse. Eingangstür ist direkt vom Wohnzimmer auf die Strasse, manchmal ein wenig laut und Abgase - Großes Bad riecht nach Abwasser Kanal, da ist etwas undicht. Abhilfe: Duftspray,, wird vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt. Besser wäre eine Reparatur - Strom für Klimaanlage muss bei häufiger Benutzung extra bezahlt werden

Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es einen Früchtekorb und eine gute Flasche Wein. Die Übergabe und Abgabe der Wohnung war unkompliziert und problemlos. Tolle Wohnung mit gutem Standort für Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto oder dem Rad. Die Küche bietet alles was zum selber kochen benötigt wird. Die Bilder halten was sie versprechen. Ein anderes Mal gerne wieder.
