In San Vincenzo on the Tuscan Coast in a slightly hilly area - 1.3 km from the beach -, among the silvery green of the olive trees and cultivated fields, Villa l'Oliveta offers a large apartment for eight people with a wonderful view that ranges from the countryside to the sea.
The apartment of Villa l'Oliveta is on two levels and offers 4 large double bedrooms. Each room has its own private bathroom, television and air conditioning. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed, and for a minimum of one week.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen equipped with everything you need (there is everything you need for the kitchen: refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, oven etc).
The large porch that surrounds the house is equipped with a table and chairs to eat dinner or lunch, or simply enjoy the fresh air and the view. Ample parking in front of the Villa inside the property.
Villa l'Oliveta is the ideal solution for those who want to relax away from the noise, spending the day in the surrounding countryside without giving up the sea which is 1.3 km away and other worldly attractions all reachable within a few minutes by car.
From the house being slightly on a hill you can enjoy a wonderful panorama that embraces all the surrounding hills up to the sea and the surrounding islands.
Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels not provided.
Tourist tax €1.5 per day per person to be paid on site.
