What a disaster this place is...unprofessional...economic with the truth when giving excuses for poor service and non fulfilling of the contract. We have written in detail to BOOKING sumarising our experiences and they agreed to compensation which was welcome if rather derisory. Avoid this establishment at all costs!!!!

Charming appartment in a great location for easy access to the centre of Paris.

Very convenient to get to by car when travelling from the West of France. Right beside an RER station for easy access to get into the centre of Paris. Shops, restaurants very close by. The apartment had lots of charm with wonderful views from the balcony/terrace.

The appartment is described in the title as "Appart'Hotel" which assumes that it is in an Hotel. The appartment is not in an hotel, but is a private appartment in a residential appartment building. The appartment building is a little dated but this just added to the charm of the place. The appartment was wonderful and I would'nt hessitate to recommend or return to stay here again.

A very disappointing and stressful experience.

The location of one of the apartments that I had booked was in a good location.

I had booked two apartments and unfortunately one that should have had a balcony with view and across the road from the station turned out to be next to be a busy road and a good walk to the station. After a very fraught and stressful two hours we eventually got entrance and key instruction but only after contacting Booking.com with our problem.

the property was prepared with care and kindness before my arrival the location is perfect. in front of the train station. a grocery store in front and a bakery downstairs on the left.

Not good

Location, location, location.

The amount of emails. Unheard of. We must have had a dozen of emails. Spam-ish almost. The constant repeating the "late check out" is irritating. We also find the constant reference to "the deposit can be addressed" threatening and annoying. And begging for the good reviews is also annoying. The indication for parking is unclear. Drove around several times to find it. Found a wrong one. Eventually found a decent describtion in the apartment. The way of entering the apartment, inconvenient to say the least. The apartment noisy and outdated. The 2 large padlocks in the living room are not inviting or welcoming. The heating in the room is limited. The mismatched (short) curtains are weird. The water pipe is outdated and makes a strange noise. Also there is rust in the sink.

The location was good and the parking was a plus.

The location of the apartment was good, as close as possible as it can be to the train station. The private parking was a big plus, that is one of the main reasons why we chose this accomodation. I liked the fact that it had a living room and a separate bedroom. It had heating and outside blinds (very helpful at night). It was very easy to get in and out of the apartment, just by leaving the keys in a locker.

I didn't know that the apartment would be on ground floor, with the windows directly into the street where evryone was passing when coming from the train and going into the city. It was always noisy and it felt a bit unsafe to have the window open. The bed was not comfy and the baby cot was not ok (no additional mattress was included), and my kid slept really bad there. I don't advise using it (bring your own cot if possible). The apartment looked better in pictures than in real life, it was clean but i would say it needs a proper renovation.

Great place!

I had a really good stay in this appartment! Bright sides: - Very comfortable bed - Close to train station (200m) (30 min to center of Paris, trains leave every 20min.) - Private Parking spot (mind that you'll have to drive via 1st underground parking spot to reach another parking spot under it where you'll find your place. Instruction in the appartment) - Bakery and grocery store in less tank 100 m from the appartment) - Spotless clean place - Very nice view from a large balcony

Small comment, it was no issue for me but...: - Communication with the owner in French (be ready to use Google Translate if you don't know this lovely language)

Confusing approach

The approach is very unpersonal, you just receive lots of e-mails with instructions how to enter with different codes everything only in frech, if you reply in english they continuevto write you in french. If you don't undrestand french, I don't know how you entwr the building, at our arrival there was nobody reachable by phone. We have bookd for 4 adults but the sofa bed was not made into a bed, there was no linen, only after 4 phone calls they told us the linnen was locked in one wardrobe and the access was with another code. We only had 3 towels for 4 adults and nobody availablw on the spot to bring another one.

Nice apartment but misleading pictures

The apartment is simple and has everything you need. People would often walk by to reach the train station but it was not noisy that much. At night it is calm. The bed is comfortable and you can sleep in complete darkness. The living room is spacious and has nice plants. We also enjoyed the location, away from the craziness of a city but still close enough to everything. Check in was really easy, so was the check out. Just make sure that you open the parking before you give back the key in the lockbox.

There are many pictures, one is of the bathroom that has a bath and a balcony. So we were expecting to have that, especially the bath but we didn't. It would be nice to be more clear on which apartment we get

Lejligheden lå tæt ved togstationen, hvorfra man kunne nå til Paris på 30min. Størrelsen af lejligheden var fin til Max 2 personer Lejligheden har privat og ugenert parkering

Vi havde booket 3 overnatninger til 4 personer, hvoraf 2 skulle sove på sovesofa - vi fik ikke noget sengelinned til sovesofaen, og efter flere forgæves forsøg på at kontakte udlejer gav vi op, så vores børn måtte sove med deres medbragte tæpper og hovedpuder ovenpå sengetæppet fra dobbeltsengen. Lejligheden lå lige ud til en gangsti som gik fra togstationen og til midtbyen, så der var konstant støj fra kl 4 om morgenen til kl 24

Nous avons apprécié la taille de la chambre et la propreté.

Le propriétaire est inexistant. Nous recevons bien des mails automatiques pour nous demander comment se passe le séjour, de leur mettre une bonne note sur le site et le fait de payer 14 euros pour rester 2h de plus dans l'appartement mais aucun retour lorsque nous leur exposons les petits dysfonctionnements de l'appartement. Il n'y a aucune prise en charge.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est à recommander

L'emplacement est parfait. Un parking privé et la gare juste devant l'immeuble. L'appartement est spacieux, assez bien équipé et dispose même d'un balcon avec une belle vue. Sdb, cuisine, wifi, télé, tout fonctionne.

L'accès au parking et à l'appartement ressemble à une chasse au trésor. La propreté des draps plutôt douteuse (cheveux et taches). Mais c'était peut-être une erreur, le reste était bien propre. La déco peu accueillante, les photos étant un peu trompeuses. Ce n'est pas très important pour un séjour de courte durée.

Confortable pour un court séjour

L' appartement est spacieux et lumineux. Emplacement proche de la gare, ainsi que des commerces au pied de l'immeuble (boulangerie, supérette, fast-food). Le parking ( attention pas pour un gros véhicule) et l'espace extérieur sont un vrai plus .

Les pièces d'eau auraient besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Ainsi que quelques équipements : le canapé lit a bien vécu, tout comme les ustensiles de cuisine, manque des cuillères à café. Le fonctionnement de la télé n'est pas évident.

Appartement au RDC donnant directement sur le passage qui mène à la gare, si on ouvre les volets, on a l’impression d’être en pyjama au milieu de la rue. Communication compliquée, personne ne répond au téléphone et les réponses aux mails sont très longues à venir. Pas de savon ni shampoing pour la douche. Utilisation télévision compliquée

La vue

L’annonce ne reflète pas fidèlement le logement : il ne s’agit pas d’un appart’hôtel, mais d’un simple appartement type Airbnb. Le ménage laisse à désirer : les draps présentaient des traces d’usage ou semblaient mal lavés, et la hotte ainsi que la VMC étaient encrassées de poussière et de saletés. L’accès au parking est également très compliqué.

Appartement bien mais mal insonorisé

Alors appartement mal isolé phonique j’ai du dormir avec des bouchons anti bruit. On entend les trains qui passent souvent, et les gens qui passent juste devant les fenêtres ont participent à leur conversation. On vit dans l’obscurité car l’appartement se trouve au niveau de la rue.
