You'll be surprized!

Good location not far from the center, tram, subway and bus stations. People interested in ethnography can probably form an idea about the structure of traditional Belgian urban housing and in this context narrow and steep staircase is an advantage rather than inconvenience. Spacious apartment with washing machine!

The apartment really requires renovation! Our main concern was not to flood our downstairs neighbors since door of the shower cabin was absent. The photos on the booking.com are probably old and not all of them are from that place so be prepared for surprises!

Great location! Nice room and views.

The location is great! Walkable from central station or $10 uber ride. The house is also beautiful, my suite is located on the top two floors, lots of windows and very nice view! Very artistic!

There are lots is stairs to walk up, especially hard when you have luggage, but it’s kind of fun experience for me

Don’t recommend to anyone to stay and to spoil vacation

Location is good and quiet. Very close to the center. Interesting architecture of the roof apartment.

All is old and needs renovation inside. Air conditioning was not working, no remote control, stuff is not reacted to our request and questions on Friday after 17.00((.

Nice stay in Antwerp

Very closed to the city center. Nice neighborhood with cafes and terrace. The apartment was comfortable, despite the narrow stairs. The small kitchen is suitable for breakfast. Thanks for the tea!

Bathroom needs hangers for towels, and a mop for wiping the floor. The bedroom needs a clothes rack (at least a chair).

Central location close to a great backery

The location is really central. There is a great bakery named Lints downstairs with fresh croissants, bread and desserts every day. Also a bike sharing station is just 1 minute away, and you can see entry to the Botanic garden from your window.

It has all the downsides of an old building: extremely narrow and steep stairs, so you better travel with small suitcases and bad ventilation, so you can smell what your neighbors downstairs cook. Be careful with water tap in the kitchen, the water pipes connected in the opposite way, so if you open cold water, you get the hot one. My wife got a burn and escaped a serious injury only by luck.

The location is great in the city centre

The stairs are very narrow and uncomfortable. Noise from the street, garbage collectors and good delivery starts about 6 am. No parking near the property. All parking places are reserved to residents.

Quircky and fun appartement in a fantastic location!

location is absolutely fabulous - you could not be more central but still be in a relatively quiet area. the bedroom’s view is truly stunning . Very compact but you have everything you need and more . the host was very friendly and replied quickly to any questions . we had a truly great weekend !

it’s a bit of a climb to the 3rd floor on a narrow spiral staircase so pack light 😉.

Horrible place to live in and it’s very expensive.

This place was horrible, there were so many stairs and they were so tiny it was impossible to carry my bags. The bed room was ok but the sitting room was so smelly and the sofa beds were too old and smells so bad. There was no tissues overall the place was so dusty and smelly.

The location was in the centre, a very good location to visit the city. Near all the facilities we needed, shops, cafes, museums. The rooms were clean, a very good bed, light bedroom. The property had all we needed for a very good stay.

It was cold, especially upstairs, and noisy in the square outside at night. The sofa beds/chairs were small and uncomfortable.

Leuk appartement!

We waren gewaarschuwd; maar die trappen 😅! De badkamer vond ik niet te doen. Ik kon mn spullen nergens kwijt; te klein, geen haakjes/plankjes. Douche te klein zonder deur. Douchekop zakt naar beneden. Verwarming badkamer te heet tegen je benen. Verder mag alles wel weer een fris verfje krijgen. Stoelen zagen er ook niet fris uit.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Man ist schnell im historischen Zentrum und hat eine Vielzahl von Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die fehlende Tür der Duschkabine nervt etwas.

La posizione, molto centrale, e la vista sulla zona circostante

La descrizione della struttura non corrisponde alla realtà. Per raggiungere l'appartamento bisogna salire 3 piani di scale strette e ripide, con i bagagli è difficilissimo; l'appartamento non era pulito e presentava difetti ovunque, come buchi nel pavimento, maniglie difettose, porte scrostate, doccia senza porta o tendina e climatizzatore senza telecomando. Il personale, dopo un generico messaggio di benvenuto e di saluto al check-out, non ha più garantito un feedback alle nostre perplessità. Assolutamente sproporzionato il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Booking dovrebbe verificare la veridicità delle descrizioni prima di vendere una sistemazione nel proprio sito. Francamente sconsigliato.

Avis mitigé : beaucoup de charme mais des réparations à effectuer

Très bon emplacement, logement atypique, beaucoup de charme, déco soignée. Très bien équipé.

Gros bémol sur la sécurité : les detecteurs de fumée etaient rangés dans les tiroirs. Cela pose question en cas d'incendie. Il faudrait plus préciser que les escaliers sont très très pentus et très étroits, et que le logement est au 3e étage ! Pas de parking à proximité. Globalement propre mais des peintures qui mériteraient un rafraîchissement, notamment dans la salle de bain. La porte et le sol sont très abîmés. Le sol de la salle de bain porte des traces suspectes... Pas de porte ni de rideau de douche. Manque un peu de vaisselle : Seulement 2 petites cuillères. Couvercle de la poubelle cassé La climatisation de la chambre n'était pas du tout efficace. Il faisait extrêmement chaud, Nous avons dû tous dormir dans le salon sur les canapés, avec une climatisation très bruyante. Quartier assez bruyant.

Im Herzen von Antwerpen für Kurzurlauber geeignet

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Durch den Türcode ist ein reibungsloser Check in möglich. Sollte man vorzeitig anreisen, kann das Gepäck untergestellt werden. Das Parken ist nur im Parkhaus in der mehr oder weniger nahen Umgebung möglich. Gleich um die Ecke ein Bäcker, Restaurants und ein paar Schritte in hippe Viertel und die Altstadt. Die Bilder entsprachen der Wirklichkeit, obwohl uns die super enge, steile und gewendelte Treppe, dann doch überrascht hat. Als Tipp: Bitte nur mit dem Nötigsten anreisen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir hätten gerne 2 Weingläser gehabt. Das Geschirr ist sehr eng bemessen. In der kleinen Dusche war keine Tür, dadurch wurde es auch bei äußerster Vorsicht nass.

Fijn en goed verblijf, perfect voor een paar dagen Antwerpen!

Het was erg gezellig ingericht, en de plek was perfect! Alles op loopafstand.

Er miste een aantal kleine dingetjes, bijvoorbeeld afwasmiddel/vaatwasblokjes of wc papier (er hing maar 1 half rolletje). Ook waren er sommige dingen kapot, de prullenbak bijvoorbeeld. En er hing niks voor de douche waardoor de hele badkamer nat was na het douchen. Dit waren enkel kleine dingetjes die voor ons geen dealbreaker waren, maar was dit wel in orde had ik het een 10 gegeven!

L'emplacement est parfait ! La configuration de l'appartement originale (c'est bien noté qu'il faut être un peu sportif, pas trop grand, pas trop gros pour cet appartement, cela ne nous a pas du tout dérangé).

Il faisait froid à notre arrivée. Les grandes fenêtres ne sont pas bien isolées. Les radiateurs électriques ont bien fonctionnés. En plein hiver, je ne recommande pas. Il faudrait des couvertures supplémentaires. Il manque un guide pour utiliser les équipements comme les plaques de cuisson, le four (j'ai réussi en fin de compte à le faire fonctionner mais je n'ai jamais eu de retour à mon sms). La lumière du frigo ne fonctionnait pas et j'ai crû qu'il n'était pas branché. Pas d'éponge pour nettoyer la table ou la vaisselle. Pas de balai. Les couverts sont vraiment comptés au plus juste. Pas de lampes de chevet près du lit, pas de tapis. Dans la pièce principale, un clou mais plus de cadre. L'appartement est "vendu" comme un endroit exceptionnel mais à l'arrivée c'est un peu mesquin. Il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour que ce soit plus qualitatif et chaleureux.

Super schöne gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung mitten in Antwerpen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

War alles top. Eventuell noch deutlicher darauf hinweisen, dass für die Treppe ein großer Koffer nicht vorteilhaft ist 😅
