Bright & Spacious 3BHK Apartment

Overall, the apartment was clean, newly renovated and okay for the price. Most of the furniture and equipment seemed to be brand new, which was a positive. All in all, the apartment was clean and decent value for the price, but it felt like it had been rented out a little too early before everything was completely ready for guests.

However, the biggest issue was the sleeping arrangement. We booked the apartment for 7 guests, but the seventh bed was not actually set up. There was only a mattress in the room, without a bed frame and without a bedsheet. So one of the advertised sleeping places was effectively not properly available. There were also several basic items missing, such as a hairdryer, toilet brush and garbage bags. Another unpleasant issue was a strong sewage-like smell coming from the toilets/bathroom area. At times, the smell was really quite bad. I can’t confirm what caused it, but it was noticeable during our stay. It also seemed that the building and apartments were still in the process of being fully set up after the renovation. The entrance area was quite messy and filled with delivered furniture, mattresses, pillows and other items for the apartments.
