This fabulous, second-story, beachfront condo has an open and airy floor plan designed for entertaining, while the updated, well-equipped, full kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare great meals. Plus, the complex itself boasts well-manicured grounds, a shared pool, hot tub, and a gas barbecue grill for all to use on the beach side of the building. The family dog is also welcome to join you here!
For additional all-ages fun, the Splash Harbor Water Park is about a quarter-mile away. Sample a few local restaurants within a half-mile of this property. Or find your way over to Indian Rocks Beach Access at 12th Avenue, just a little over a mile north.
Things to Know
**Condo complex will be undergoing building painting and restoration. Replacing power grid for building and various other restorations. The project is slated to begin August 11, 2025 and will last through September 2025.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Security camera details: Cameras in parking area
7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice place. Clean and spacious. View from the balcony was great! Parking was easy. Great location.

Very clean condo with the best view of the Gulf! Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. We enjoyed being able to have our dog with us too. We all enjoyed spending lots of time on the beachfront balcony.

Great location! Beautiful view of the ocean, but
The mattresses were hard, the kitchen appliances were broken ( toaster set the bread on fire ), the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, stingy with toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher pods and dish soap. Only three chairs at the kitchen table. Furniture was old and broken.
